spool pay offthe pay off consists of a welded frame and a pair of opposed hardened steel pintle mounted in substantial frame support. The inboard pintle will be fixed axially. A pneumatic disc brake is incorporated for holding the bobbin steady when stationary.
the outboard pintle is fitted with a live centre which can be moved axially by pneumatic means to open and close the pintle. When the spool is in position, the live pintle is locked in position so the spool is held even if the electricity or air pressure fails.a pneumatic pusher is included to facilitate the loading of the empty reel.the payoff reel and wire line is totally guarded and fitted with mechanically interlocked safety switches.

the tubular stranding machine consists of bearing stands made of welded steel for the tube bearings. Up to reel size of 630mm .the stranding rotor is built up from welded tubes with wire guidings outside the tube. The reels are held in cradles, which are positioned inside the tube. A light beam along the complete length of the machine monitors, if the pneumatically (optional)operated reel-pintles are securely closed and the cradles are in safe condition. The machine is equipped with wire break detectors for each segment, pneumatic disk-breaks and individual drives for the stranding rotor, the capstan and the take-up. The operator's desk gives full control over parameters like rotor-speed, lay-length and production length.

Additionally, the Sanding belt Descaling Machine comes with standard AC motors and a round housing design avoiding dust deposits and providing a clean grinding zone.
Sanding belts of any grade may be used and in combination with our wet coating unit, it provides a perfect combination for preparation of wire surfaces; best suitable for drawing with up to 13 drafts at a maximum drawing speed up to 20 m/s.

Spoolers work in combination with wire drawing machines and are used to take up drawn wires on to rigid or collapsible machine spools according to DIN or customer standards. We offer a comprehensive series of spoolers, in several sizes for various spools and wire ranges. The spool is taken up between two pintles, one is pneumatically operated.( Cantilever arrangement is provided for small spools )
A pneumatic lifting-device with the functions lift, lower is used for the loading and unloading of the spools. This allows a quick and troublefree exchange of spools. Speed control - depending on the wire diameter - is either torque controlled or by means of a dancer unit which is installed between the drawing machine and the spooler.
All spooler functions are actuated from an operating console.
