We manufacture commutators which have different sizes ranging form 50mm to  750 mm in diameter. The material used for manufacturing is of high grade purchased from renowned manufacturers and dealers. At every step of manufacturing, we take utmost care of the quality of material and the precise size of the parts. Mica is used as insulator in our commutator which allows them to withstand high current and temperature. They can withstand high rpm without segment expansion.   We also provide our customers to choose form various grades of copper for manufacturing like Sliver bearing copper, Pure EC, etc. at their convenience and requirements. Our manufacturing process has quality inspection at every step that ensures perfect material reach our customer.

We are manufacturers of Slipring which are used in Motors & Generators , Rotary Manchines and in windmills. The sliprings are made from thermosetting plactics or epoxy and is reinforced with glass and mica, this provides the slipring high electircal resistance and better mechanical strength at higher temperature. The rings are made from casting process which ensures the reliability of material properties and better mechanical strength. They are manufactured from materials as per customer requirements. - Phospor Bronze - Stainless Steel - Brass - Copper, etc. The connetion studs are also made from same material or as specified by client. The slipring undergoes various electrical and mechanical tests before dispatch to ensure the quality and reliability.
