Advantages of using ZC - WAX EMULSION N+ :-

Suggestions for use:-

• With Resin Finishes 2 to 8 percent of the crease proofing resin bath
• 1.5 To 4 percent on the weight basis of the fabric depending on softness and lubricity required.

ZC - WAX EMULSION N+ may be applied onto the fabric by conventional procedures by padding equipment as well as by jigger or winch. Drying, curing (when used alongwith resin finishes) and after washing may also be on the conventional equipment using conventional conditions, Fabrics treated with only ZC - WAX EMULSION N+ need not be cured

Application

ZC-CHEMCRYL-400 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on Styrene / Acrylates. It is compatible with cement and suitable for cement modification / cementitious compositions.

Mortars modified with ZC-CHEMCRYL-400 have good flexibility and durability as well as compressive and impact strength. ZC-CHEMCRYL-400 can also be used as crack filling and tile jointing compound by mixing with white cement

Storage

If it is kept in tightly closed containers, ZC-CHEMCRYL-400 has a shelf life of up to six months at 10 - 30º.

ZC-CHEMCRYL-76 is an aqueous polymer emulsion specially designed for cementitious compositions. Cement mortars modified with ZC-CHEMCRYL - 76 are hard, tough and durable. Compared with unmodified mortars, ZC- CHEMCRYL -76 modified mortars have superior flexural, compressive, adhesive and impact strength, as well as excellent abrasion resistance. They are especially useful where thin sections are desirable and where excessive vibration and heavy traffic are encountered.

ZC-CHEMCRYL-76 has excellent water proofing capability and widely used for water proofing of floors, rooftops, basements and maintenance of seepage and leakage. It can be used for crack filling and as tile jointing compound by mixing with white cement.

ZC-CHEMCRYL-76 modified cement mortars have excellent adhesion top a variety of surfaces such as concrete, masonry, brick, wood, metals etc. ZC- CHEMCRYL-76 modified cement mortars do not require wet curing as ZC- CHEMCRYL -76 holds the water in the system sufficient for cement curing. ZC-CHEMCRYL -76 increases workability of the mortar at one side and at the other side thin sections dry rapidly.

ZC-CHEMCRYL-76 cement mortars are resistant to many industrial chemicals, ultra violet light and heat.
