The following areas outline the scope of our services under the Engagement :

(i) To review the basic information related to product to be procured / supplied.
(ii) Evaluate and design specification input for potential suppliers / buyers and float the inquiry before the potential suppliers / buyers or their common platforms for the subject transaction.
(iii) To provide required information to potential supplier / buyer for undertaking the appraisal of the proposal.
(iv) To carry out negotiations and meetings with potential suppliers / buyers during the course of the transaction and obtain detail estimates / offer.
(v) To structure transaction with due consent from our client.
(vi) To arrange 1 to 1 meeting of end buyer and end seller to negotiate and finalize critical terms and critical covenant proposed by potential suppliers / buyers.
(vii) To provide need based support to the Client in co-ordination / documentation.

Broadly setting the exclusions specifically, our work will not include:

• A physical product valuation;
• Preparation of any technical product report;
• An accounting or a legal due diligence review.
• Providing and obtaining any statutory, legal and regulatory approvals that maybe required for undertaking the Transaction(s
