III.Hot Saw

1) Equip 1 set of Hot saw; blade motor
2) Equip automatic lubrication system;
3) The Hot Saw can continue to cut even if puller not works;

IV. Run out Table

1) Dimension: As per Customer Requirement
2) Transmission type: chain transmission;
3) Aluminum rollers with heat resistant sleeve temperature resistant 480, material: Kevlar, all rollers will be cut into three phases;
4) Adopt push-pull type hydraulic system for up/down process;
5) Protective cover is against rotation chain pulley;

A same level hot top casting machine connects many hot top crystallizers on a distribution tray that levels the molten aluminum in all crystallizers. As the filtered molten aluminum is level on the casting table and flows under the first oxidation film, secondary pollution and metal oxidation loss are prevented.

Automatic Single/Double Puller

Function:In order toreduce bending and distortion, improve product quality rate in extrusion process, need to lead and pull the extruded profiles. The puller adoptsAC motor driving, PLC control with high degree of automation, simple operation and stable performance. It cooperates with the hot saw and extrusion press to achieve linkage produce completely. The puller bed use H-section steel and square steel, with imports of AC motors, the pulling force can be adjustment with different profiles and extrusion speed.

We havetwotypes of puller:chain transmission type and wire rope transmission type.Auto stacker transfer the aluminum profile from saw infeed table to aging heat frame. The whole progress is automatic, so the profile surface will maintain the good quality. Compare with the manual type, auto stacker can reduce the labor cost, reduce damage of profile and increase the production.
