The course syllabus of 100 hour yoga teacher training follows the Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training Course standards, and includes learning the asanas of the Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, Pranayama, Yogic Cleansing Process, Classical & Contemporary Meditation practices, Mantra Chanting, Yoga Nidra etc.
