GENERAL DESCRIPTION These are Dynamic Pumps suitable for direct and indirect drives by variable or fixed speed prime-movers. BASIC DESIGN This pump essential consists of impeller supported in two Ball Bearings and the body. The drive is sealed by the shaft seal.Bearings are designed for B10 life. The pump body is made of light weight aluminium alloy casting and the impeller is made of bronze alloy casting. One of the outstanding performance characteristics of this pump is its ability to operate with a closed discharge valve. When operating in this manner at constant speed, the pressure builds up to a definite figure known as the shutoff pressure and does not exceed this figure.

Tube expanders assures precision, consistent, uniform and fast expansion of tubes are available in different sizes varies from 10mm to 48mm. These Tube expanders are specially designed for high and low pressure lines such as Boiler tubes, Super heaters, Economizers and other Tubular vessels.The precision ground rollers and drive stem gives uniform pressure and maximum strength to the thickness of the pipe joint. Flange type Tube expanders are also available in various sizes as above from minimum 2 rollers to maximum 5 rollers.These expanders can be operated manually, electrically or by pneumatic drive tools.

The Mill consists of stages with steel fabricated Stress Relived Base. Housing stands are machied to close Tolerance. Shafts are made of EN24 material, flame hardened and ground. Top-Bottom Drive Gears and worm are made of EN24 induction hardened and ground. All the Bearings (22 Nos) are SKF. The Drive of the Mill from Main Gear Box in between Clutch/Break transmitted to an individual stages by chain coupling. Forced type lubrication provided by all moving parts. Panel Board provided with controls luch Forward-Reverse and Emergency stop in each stage.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION To replace the asbestos sheet now people started using, PVC plastic sheets. The machine consists of an extruder with mixing plant, die head assy, heating elements, Down stream sheet forming and cutting line. The thickness of PVC sheet can be varied from 1mm to 1.5mm. In practice, two thickness are available. However 1.5mm thickness is fast moving. The weight of 1 sq.meter is 2 to 2.5 Kgs - say for 2 mts it works out roughly 4 kgs (medium corrugations) The machine designed to produce over average output of 100 Kgs/hr.     APPLICATION:  Low cost houses, Car shed, Farm houses, Tents.
