Motorised Coil Handler The body structure parts are made out of low ally steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy & steel resting places are provided with wear resisting non-metallic so as to prevent damage to the coils. The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induces stresses. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load. The equipment is designed for lifting of coils of desired load. Rack & pinion arrangement is provided for opening and closing of lifting arm along with electrical motors for swiveling & sliding of arms. For maximum opening & closing of lifting of arms, limit switches are provided. Electrical system includes circuit diagram, sensors, hooters, panel boards with wiring & remote control pendent.
C Hook Mechanical & Motorised Type The body structure parts are made out of low alloy steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy & coil, resting place are provided with replaceable non metallic war resisting plate to prevent damage to the coils. The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced stress. The entire structure is very robust & strong to withstand the required load.
Convector Plate Lifter The body structure parts are made out of low alloy steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy.The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load. Automatic lockmechanism is provided for attaching and releasing of plate or cover.
Scissor Lift The body structure parts are made out of mild steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy steel. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required.
Slab Tong / Simplex Duplex The body structure parts are made out of mild steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy steel.The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced stresses. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load.
Double Tong or Quadruple in construction with simple hook or double hook. Design caters for wide range of slab sizes handle cold and hot slab. All pins are made up of alloy steel with PB bushes and lubricating points for pins. Jaws are replaceable.
Vertical Coil Tong Single Rim The body structure parts are made out of low alloy steel. All pins are made out of ally steel with PB bushes and lubricating points for pins. Outer and inner pads are provided for gripping the coil. The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced stresses. The equipment can be operated with cab, hand operated pendant or by remote control pendent.
Vertical Coil Tong Double Rim The body structure parts are made out of low alloy steel. All pins are made out of ally steel with PB bushes and lubricating points for pins. The Single line Hook-on dual scoop Clamshell is specially designed for cranes with one single rope drum cranes. Single Line Grabs can be connected to any crane. Just hook the grab on the crane with sufficient lifting capacity and your grab is ready for operation. In order to minimise material loss and pollution of the environment, single rope grabs can be equipped with closed shells. Each single rope grab is provided with a lock mechanism to secure the closing of the grab. To open the grab, this mechanism must be unlocked.
The equipment is designed to grab & to remove the sledge collected in the waste Tank. The Bucket scoop is fabricated out of alloy steel plates. The main Bucket assembly will be subjected to stress relieving process to relieve induced stresses. The rest of the parts will be fabricated with regular mild steel. The pulleys will be made out of low alloy steel. Using high strength wear resistance electrode zig zag welding is done to Bucket scoop bottom surface using Alloy steel Electrode having wear resistance property

The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced stresses. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load. Single/Double/four rope system. In mechanical type, there is no need of Electrical or Hydraulic connection for openings and closing of scoops. Rope with shave arrangement for opening and closing of scoops can be operated underwater.
Cactus or Orange Peel Grab Electro Hydraulic Type The body structure parts are made out of mild steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy steel.The tines are made out of low alloy steel. The entire structure is very robust and strong to withstand the required load. Single/Double/four rope system. In mechanical type, there is no need of Electrical or Hydraulic connection for openings and closing of scoops. Can be operated under water. Peel design is dependent on the material to be handled. Design for eady penetration in it for maximum efficiency.

STACK turnover is designed for loading and unloading via fork truck or AGV. Items are placed in one side, rotated and are delivered to the opposite side. The C Frame style of inverter requires no peripheral automation such as in-feed conveyors. Its load opening spans the entire length of the clamping plate and can accommodate a wide variety of stack sizes. Design is based upon customer specified lengths and weights. The soft touch clamping feature ensures gentle handling for surface finish quality. The C frame style turnover may be used with steel or wood pallets. All stacks are loaded and removed from the inverter on pallets.

Design caters for handling of wide range Ingots/ Billets.
To handle cold and hot Ingots/Billets. Automatic lock mechanism is provided for attaching and releasing outer surface of Ingots/Billets. All pins are of alloy steel with PB bushes and lubricating points of pins. Jaws are replaceable.
Slag Pot Carriers are designed for picking up and transporting of the slag pots from Electric Arc Furnace installed in the Foundry for slag pot tilting and slag discharge.through semi load bed trailer with tyre mounted.
Slag Pot Transporters can be build to customer requirements. This unit is equipped with standard fork carriage to operate with replaceable slag pot handling device. The slag pot handling device are interchangeable on the carriage.
Coil Tilter/Coil Up-ender The body structure parts are made out of mild steel, all pins are made out of high grade alloy steel. The body structure is stress relieved to relieve the induced Stresses. The entire structure is very robust & strong to withstand the required load. Tilting cradle structure rotates 90 to facilitate either to place a coil with its axis vertical or horizontal. Tilting of cradle is by Hydraulic cylinders connected to back of tilting cradle.
The hydraulic upender's/Tilter is power unit provides an ideal power source for secondary functions such as shifting saddles and pallet centring.
The lower platform of a hydraulic upender/Tilter facilitates loading and unloading so that they can accommodate a variety of equipment for secondary handling functions including:
Billet and bloom tongs are designed to handle single and multiple billets/blooms per stroke in the horizontal or flat position and are robustly engineered for normal use under the severe conditions encountered in steel mills.

Movement of arm cross wise can be manual or motorized system. Movement of arm in longitudinal direction can be manual or motorized.
Four Rope Mechanical Clamshell Grabs for attachment to four line operated cranes. (Two Holding Ropes and Two Closing Ropes). The grabs are specially designed for charging and discharging sand, gravel and other bulk materials. The grabs can be executed with open or closed shells depending on the job and the type of material to be handled. The grabs are manufactured of high wear resistant steels.
Hydraulic ladle tilters are supplied for ladles from 3 to 250 ton hot metal capacity. A variety of designs are available for ladles transported by rail cars and by crane. For some applications, cable winch type ladle tilters are also offered in two types. The first type utilizes the building steelwork for support. The alternate design is free-standing to allow use of an overhead hot metal or service crane.
Economy Industrial has also developed special technology to convert torpedo car ladle pouring into a smooth, variable pouring rate. The control system allows the operator to rotate the ladle smoothly, rather than jog it. A high-speed override also allows the operator to roll the car upright quickly.
