    • Chemical resistant : CPVC has excellent chemical resistance to strong mineral acids and bases.

    • Tough, rigid material : Fusion CPVC pipe has a much higher strength than other thermoplastics used in plumbing. This means that CPVC needs less hangers and supports and there is no unsightly looping of pipe. Fusion CPVC pipe has a higher pressure bearing capacity. This leads to the same flow rate with a smaller pipe size.
    • Unaffected by chlorine in the water : Some materials may be adversely affected by chlorine contained in the water supply which can cause breakdown of the polymer chains and potential leaks. In this respect, Fusion CPVC pipe is unaffected by the chlorine present in potable water supply.
    • Low thermal expansion : Fusion CPVC pipe has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than alternative plastics, reducing the amount that the pipe expands when hot water is running, again reducing unsightly looping of the pipe.

    • Superior Insulation : Fusion CPVC pipe is more energy efficient than metal pipe. As an insulator it does not lose heat the way metal pipe do, so heat loss and thermal expansion are reduced.

    • Hot and Cold water compatible : Fusion CPVC pipe is compatible with both hot and cold water. It withstand very high temperature compared to any other thermoplastic plumbing systems. The system of fusion AirLine special is made of engineering thermoplastics Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) with a range of performance. Advanced manufacturing techniques allow the formation of a liner layer in the pipe bore. The liner is a high performance co polymeric material which offers extra strength (because it is permanently fused with the outer, ABS layer during the extrusion process).It also help from attack if exposed to some compressor oil details is available in our technical data. If in doubt always check before installation.

Quality -

All pipes, fittings and valves are manufactured in an environment operating a quality system as per ISO 9001-2008. As part of this Quality System both raw materials and finished Fusion Air-Line Special products are subjected to rigorous quality control tests. Ppr Pipe Welding Machine

  • Heating time 6, 7, 8
Push the pipe and the fitting into the heating tools. Once pipe and fitting are hot (after the correct time), pull out pipe and fitting very slowly, Joint the pipe & the fitting and push the pipe until it reaches the mark (that has to stay outside). During the jointing time the welded part of pipe and fitting must remain fix, without any rotation, During the cooling time, the welded part of pipe and fitting can be adjusted until cold, Fusion inspection. The outer fusion seam must be inspected. The seam must be present all around the pipe.

Fusion ABS Pipes

The large diversity of end uses makes ABS one of the most successful thermoplastics available. ABS is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene, blended to give unrivaled properties, offering benefits over traditional material like metal and other plastic pipes. Acrylonitrile imparts chemical resistance ensuring the pipework does not corrode or scale. The Butadiene content endows the material with impact strength and toughness particularly at low temperatures, while the Styrene content contributes to lustre, hence extremely smooth bores, and also ensures the strength of the material.

ABS PIPING SYSTEMS: The system is less expensive and very easy to install than metal piping; Feature superior flow to smooth interior finish; Do not rot, rust, corrode or collect waste; withstand earth loads and shipping (with proper handling); Resist mechanical damage, even at low temperatures; Performance at an operational temperature range of 40C to +60C; Are light weight (one person can load and unload): take less time to rough in than metal.

Particularly in the case of PP pipes there are several different molecular structures available on the market. In the simplest case the molecular chain is built up of one and the same repeating unit often the same as the monomer shown within the brackets). The polymer is then called homo-polymer. If instead the molecular chain is built up of two different repeating units( A and B) the polymers is called copolymer. In the case of PP the homo-polymer, often designated to PP-h, the repeating unit A is the monomer propylene. In PP copolymers, designated to PP-c, the unit B is the monomer ethylene. Dependent on how the repeating units A and B are arranged in the molecular chain, distinction is made between alternating, copolymers.Polyvinyl Chloride Pipes (PVC ) and PPR pipes can be manufactured with or without plasticizers. Examples of the former are garden hose, floor tiling and household articles. The addition of plasticizers increases material flexibility, but leads to some deterioration in other physical properties. Furthermore, some plasticizers display a tendency to migrate, escaping in the course of time so that the plastics becomes brittle. For these reasons, no pastiches are used in the manufacturer of PVC pipes for water mains and sewers. In this respect, the material is characterized as rigid PVC and this variety is termed PVC-U ( unplasticized PVC) according to ISO.

The system of fusion AirLine special is made of engineering thermoplastics Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) with a range of performance. Advanced manufacturing techniques allow the formation of a liner layer in the pipe bore. The liner is a high performance co polymeric material which offers extra strength (because it is permanently fused with the outer, ABS layer during the extrusion process).It also help from attack if exposed to some compressor oil details is available in our technical data. All pipes, fittings and valves are manufactured in an environment operating a quality system as per ISO 9001-2008. Ppr Pipe Welding Machine

Push the pipe and the fitting into the heating tools. Once pipe and fitting are hot (after the correct time), pull out pipe and fitting very slowly, Joint the pipe & the fitting and push the pipe until it reaches the mark (that has to stay outside). During the jointing time the welded part of pipe and fitting must remain fix, without any rotation, During the cooling time, the welded part of pipe and fitting can be adjusted until cold, Fusion inspection. The outer fusion seam must be inspected. The seam must be present all around the pipe.
