Our WM series imported light duty lathes has been structured by machine designing professional considering multiple requirements of engineering industries. We offer four models of WM series DMTG light duty lathe which includes,

• WM01/36L : This is available with model number CDL 6236 and maximum swing over bed and carriage is 360mm and 180mm respectively. Spindle bore is 48mm
• WM 01/41L : It is available in model number CDL6241 and it comes with 410mm of maximum swing over bed and 230mm of swing over carriage.
• WM 01/46L : It is designed with 460mm of swing over bed and 270mm of swing over carriage and model number supplied by Yash Machine Tools is CDL6246.
• WM 01/51L : It is equipped with 510mm of swing over bed and swing over coverage is 320mm and the model number available with us is CDL6251.

Apart from variations in swing over bed and swing over carriage specifications, all other specifications are identical in all the four models available from Yash Machine Tools. In addition, these models provide accuracy in machining and can be depended on for excellent surface finish. We have chosen the latest model of dynamically balanced spindle which is appropriate for constructing with machine components. The Big Spindle bore and hardened and ground guideway supports for safe machining operation. 3-Jaw Chuck, full-length splash guard, center sleeve are some of the standard accessories and optional gadgets include drive plate, tool post guard, digital read out, quick change tool post, thread chasing dial, Anti-vibration pads, rolling center, etc.

WM01/40S-Model No-CDS 6240C : Swing over bed is 400mm and swing over carriage is 230mm. The swing over gap is 700mm.

WM01/50S-Model No-CDS 6250C : For this model the maximum swing over bed is 500mm, swing over carriage is 290mm and swing over gap is 760mm.

WM01/56S-Model No-CDS 6256C : This model contains maximum swing over bed capacity of 560mm and swing over carriage is 350mm and swing over gap maximum capacity is 780mm.

WM01/66S-Model No-CDS6266C : The maximum swing over bed and swing over carriage for this model is 660mm and 440mm respectively. The swing over gap is 870mm.

WM01/76S-Model No-CDS 6276C : This model contains maximum swing over bed, swing over carriage and swing over gap capacity which are 760mm, 540mm and 965mm respectively.

Product Code WM 07/VT 100 : Model number C5110 is featured with 1000mm of maximum cutting diameter for V.T.P. and for sideway tool post. The table diameter is 900mm and the maximum work height is 800mm. It can be used for machining up to 2 ton load of work material. The table speed range in 16 steps is 8-250 rotations per minute. The feed range for both the tool posts is 0.9-103. This machine can run with 22KW of main motor power.

Product Code WM 07/VT 125 : Model number CD5112 is featured with 1250mm of maximum cutting diameter for V.T.P. and 1100mm of maximum cutting diameter for sideway tool post. The table diameter is slightly larger than the above model which is about 1000mm. It can be fed with maximum of 3.2 ton work load. The table speed range in 16 steps is 6.3 to 200 rotations per minute.

Product Code WM 07/VT 160 : Model number CD5116 is featured with 1600mm maximum cutting diameter for V.T.P. and maximum 1400mm cutting diameter for sideway tool post. The maximum work height possible with this model is 1000mm and the maximum work load is 5 ton. The table speed range is 5-160 rotations per minute. The feed range for both tool posts is 0.8 to 86.

Product Code WM 07/VT 200 : Model number CD5120 is designed with 2000mm of maximum cutting diameter for V.T.P. and 1800mm of maximum cutting diameter for sideway tool post. The maximum work height is 1250mm and it can be applied for machining up to 8 ton of work load. The table speed range is 4-125 rotations per minute and the feed range for both tool posts is 0.8-86. It requires 30KW of main motor power.

Our vertical turning lathe machines are designed to ensure precise turning which remain difficult in conventional lathe machines. We have provided technically best features for consumers to make use of its maximum performance.

The swing over bed is 330m and swing over cross slide is 210mm which help for precise and multiple turning mechanisms. We provide standard accessories like 3 jaw as well as 4-jaw chuck, face plant, drive plate, steady rest and follow rest, center sleeve, full length footbrake, coolant system, work light, and supplementary tool kits to support during machine maintenance.
