Our products are made from seasonal fruits and vegetables purchased from the local market. It is the purity of the ingredients, which gave our pickles the taste that you still crave. We follow all traditional ways to make pickles. Our pickles are made and then put out in the sun for days to ferment. This gives the old authentic taste to it. Coming from a family of farmers we know what real organic tastes like and thus we have tried to replicate the taste in our product. With our special pickling process, we ensure that the nutritional benefits of the fruits and vegetables used are maintained. Making pickles is a science and dates back to 1000s of years. Before the invention of canning and the development of mechanical refrigeration, one of the primary methods of food preservation was the preservation of vegetables, fruits, meat, and fish using salt and acid. Back then, in order to ensure that the seasonal produce was not wasted and that its nutritional worth was increased, our Dadis and Nanis employed everything that was readily available to them in nature, including salt, spices, and sunlight. They, therefore, developed pickles, which are now regarded as priceless sources of vitamins K (a cofactor in absorbing vitamin D), A (eyesight and immunity), and probiotic bacteria, by using trial and error, tenacity, and patience.
