Lead ingots are processed in our in-house furnace along with desired alloys and are tailor-made depending on requirements of the Companies. Copper Hanger Bars are coated with highly specialized tin and covered with lead coats which are then welded with the respective sheets known as Lead Anodes or Lead Cathodes.   Technical Details Chemical Composition Anodes are made using application specific Lead alloys or as per our customer’s specifications and have included: Antimony-Lead Calcium-Tin-Alloy Dimensions Also Tellurium Alloys are used and as per our customer’s specific requirements and tank-house configurations.

Lead Sheets Lead is alloyed and rolled in our mill to meet our customer’s exacting chemical composition, and dimensional standards.     Technical Details Chemical Composition Rolled Lead Sheets are made to conform to most alloy specifications including: Chemically pure Lead (99.97%) Commercial Lead (98.5% +) Lead, Antimony Lead, Calcium, Tin , Silver Alloys as per requirements Hanger Bars are made of pure electrolytic Copper Dimensions Max Width: 6 feet (1.80 meters) Min Thickness: 0.5 mm Packaging The finished product is delivered in roll-form. Each roll is wrapped in corrugated paper (when requested by the customer) and then enveloped in gunny wrapping or protective white fiber sheets Applications Radiation / X-Ray Shielding Roofing & Waterproofing Chemical Storage & Corrosion Prevention Vibration Absorption & Sound Proofing For Annodizing Purpose Chemical Lead sheets are used in Rayon Industries where Sulphuric Acid contents are used

Callots are produced by processing pure Zinc metal over several stages in our mill.   Technical Details Chemical Composition Depending on our customer’s requirement which have included: Cadmium (0.07%), Lead (1%), balance Zinc Pure Zinc (99.97%) Dimensions Round and Hexagonal shaped Zinc Callots manufactured in the following sizes: UM-1 (R-20)          3.44mm to 3.85mm UM-2 (R-14) UM-3 (R-6) Packaging 25 / 50 Kgs of Callots are packed in gunny bags. Applications Zinc Callots are used by Dry-Cell Battery manufacturers.

We manufacture seamless Lead Pipes, which are extruded as per our customer’s specification and required sizes.
