The product feature of screw rotor type vacuum pump -
Hanbell PS Series vacuum dry pump which has gear transmission is equipped with coupling rotors, so the clearance between rotors can be minimum and the pump can be operated with out extra lubrication in the chamber; therefore, it's a oil free design compare with other similar products. With the patented screw rotor profile, the sealing effect between rotors is excellent and the ultimate working pressure can reach 7.5 x 10-3 TorrBecause the discharge route of our design is shorter compare with other products, it can have better effect on removing dusts. Besides that all rotors have the special coating on them, so our vacuum pump can be used in some production process such as PECVD and Etching.

Precise temperature control -
Hanbell screw rotor vacuum dry pump is equipped with new generation screw rotor and has been improved its cooling design by using a water tank to largely reduce the chamber temperature. Therefore it can precisely control the temperature inside the chamber and reduce the possibility of having debris inside the tank to improve the life time of vacuum pump.

High safety by sealing motor design -
PS series vacuum dry pump use patented sealing motor design which is cooled by cooling water can not only provide a good working temperature for motor to improve motor's life, but also avoid the risk of gas leakage when operating.

Overall protection by micro controller -
PS series vacuum pump can also be equipped with micro controller to monitor the motor current, motor temperature, chamber temperature, cooling water flow rate, nitrogen flow rate, and oil level of gear box to provide a better protection for vacuum pump. WVP-WGFF SERIES are designed for very high inlet pressure, high pumping speed, and low power consumption. These series can run up while the inlet pressure is enhanced 1000 pa working while the inlet pressure is enhanced 400pa continue working 5min while the inlet pressure at 2000pa, 2min while the inlet pressure at 3000pa, the max inlet pressure support is 6000pa

The pump consists of two figures "8" shaped rotors and two semicircular pump houses. The rotors rotate synchronously in opposite directions and high speeding. The pump cannot be separate used; it must be used as boosters combined with a backing pump such as rotary piston or a rotary vane pump, or a liquid ring vacuum pump. These vacuum systems can get higher vacuum, a stable, fairly high pumping speed can be gained in effective pressure range. The backing pump decides the ultimate pressure of roots pump. Application:
The roots pumps are widely used in vacuum moulding, vacuum smelting, vacuum gas pumping, vacuum coating industry, vacuum distilling and vacuum drying of chemical and pharmaceutical industry etc. The dust cannot be pumped by roots pumps.

The lack of reciprocating parts allows a perfect dynamic balancing, because the rotors are processed by numerical control machine tools and balanced carefully. It has perfect geometry symmetry. There is certain clearance between the two rotors. The pump house and end cover is processed by especial machine tools. It has high precision. So the pump own feature of stable operation, low noise, vibration and high ultimate pressure.
The robust drive of pump and operating parts balanced carefully permit that the pump be stably operated continuously under the condition of high different pressure.
They can be started quickly and in short time ultimate pressure is reached.
Lubrication is unnecessary as there is no contact between rotors and house that avoid oil vapor from polluting vacuum system

Piston vacuum pump is sort of vacuum production equipment suitable for pumping ordinary gases and little condensable gases (for example water vapour) with a gas ballast used.
