Open pad and remove tape. Put it in underwear. Wrap wings around underwear. Dispose off after use.

HOW TO USE

Tear open the sachet and unfold the pad. Peel off the release paper from the back of the pad. Stick the pad firmly onto the panty with the longer end towards the back. Remove release paper from the wings. Wrap the wings around both side of the panty and press firmly. Stop using in case of rare irritation or skin allergy. For disposal, wrap in a paper and throw into a dustbin.

HOW TO USE

Wash menstrual cup, intimate skin parts and hands with everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly. Sit in a relaxed squatting position. HOW TO USE

Add 10ml everteen Menstrual Cup Cleanser to about 200ml water in a vessel. Immerse the menstrual cup in this solution for about 5 minutes. Use the brush to stir the solution and clean the cup from inside and outside. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water. You can also put 2ml everteen cleanser directly to menstrual cup filled with water and repeat the above steps.
