Harmonic Scalpel is a surgical device or instrument used to simultaneously cauterize and cut tissues. Harmonic Scalpel uses the principles of ultrasonic vibrations to cauterize tissues instead of the tradition electric current. Ultrasonics give higher precision while cauterizing the tissue.

Fabric reinforcedrubber diaphragm are precision molded rubber products having a layer of fabric sandwiched between two layers of rubber. The purpose of this fabric layer is to enhance the durability, tensile strength, flexure strength, flex cycle and many other physical characteristics. We at Western Rubbers India Pvt. We manufacture diaphragms from 2(5mm) to 60(1500mm) in diameter and 1(2.5mm) to 40(1000mm) in height.

Rolling Diaphragm is a hat shaped reinforced rubber diaphragms. These diaphragms are specially designed to offer longer stroked in a cylinder. Due to longer stroke cycle controlled thrust can be generated which is advantageous in sensitive pneumatic applications. Rolling Diaphragms are generally reinforced with a fabric to offer maximum service life. The type of fabric depends on environment, life cycles and cost factors. Nylon is the most commonly used reinforcement fabric.

O-ring is used in sealing applications from engineering industry to commercial products. They are circular in shape having defined by its internal diameter and Cross Section. O-ringsare manufactured in sizes asBS1806, JIS, DIN ISO 3601andAS 568B standards.We can formulate compounds for O-rings to meetUSP, WRAS, FDA, EU Pharmacopoeiaand other such stringent industry standards.
