Large, whole white, 240 count cashews weigh about 1.9g per nut and each nut is a full bite. Labelled in the US as "Jumbo", these cashews are the snack of choice particularly to go with premium cocktails. These cashews are also used for premium gift-packs in India and the Middle East. Availability of this grade is less common than regular sized cashews, but we have a few shipments every month

Very large, whole white, 180210 count cashews weigh between 2.2g to 2.5g per nut; each nut is more than a full bite. Labelled as "mammoth", they will get a "wow" reaction from your guests. Very large cashews are an exclusive and expensive product, as barely 5% of cashews come in this size. As availability is limited, please re-confirm with us before placing orders. We also only accept smaller orders based on stocks.

Cashews are sliced thin to give more coverage when they are used in garnishing savoury and sweet dishes. They turn up the visual appeal and the flavour of the final product

Almonds (Badam) are the most widely consumed edible nuts in the world. It was used in the ancient cuisines of the East and the West. Research over the past two decades have shown that its healthy fat profile makes it good for the heart, with the added benefits of being high in Omega 3 Fatty acids and Vitamin E. We import our almonds from top quality factories in California, Australia and Spain and process them in our facility to make products required by our customers. Our blanched (skin removed), sliced almonds are a handy way to use these healthy nuts in a variety of savoury and sweet dishes
