The WBFDCL does not sell ready-made furniture. Its highly skilled carpenters make furniture according to the design selected by the buyer from the catalogue. They can also make furniture as per special designs provided by the buyers.

The WBFDCL sells round timber and firewood harvested from the forests of Kalimpong Division through public auctions or tenders. It also sells round timber and firewood harvested from other Forest Divisions in North and South Bengal as an agent of the Forest Directorate through public auctions or tenders. Major species in North Bengal include Sal, Teak, Gamar, Sissoo, Champ, Jarul, Panisaj, Pakasaj, Chikrasi, Chilune, Dhupi, Pipli, Utis, etc. Major species in South Bengal include Sal, Eucalyptus, Akashmani, Minjari, etc. For details, please refer to the Section: Auctions and Tenders.  The WBFDCL also supplies pulpwood to the Paper Mills and poles, posts and cogging sleepers to the Mining Companies with the approval of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), West Bengal and at prices fixed by the State Government.

Sawn Timber is sold in bulk to dealers and other buyers from Government Saw Mills (Siliguri) and Madarihat Saw Mill (Jalpaiguri). Major items of bulk sale is Sal sawn timber, but other species like Teak, Jarul, Dhupi, etc. may also be sawn for selling in bulk according to order. The WBFDCL also sells Sawn Timber to public at fixed prices through its Retail Sales Centres at Saltlake (Kolkata), Durgapur, Medinipur, Purulia, Siliguri, Kalimpong, Darjeeling, Kurseong and Raiganj.  The WBFDCL also sells Sawn Timber through its Authorised Dealers located in different parts of West Bengal.

The WBFDCL supplies high quality furniture and joinery items at competitive prices to the public through itsJoinery and Carpentry Units at Madarihat, Siliguri, Raiganj, Saltlake(Kolkata) and Durgapur. They can also make furniture as per special designs provided by the buyers. The furniture is made of Teak, Sal, Mahogany, Jarul, Akashmani or any species based on the buyer's choice. The WBFDCL also undertakes bulk supply of furniture to buyers, particularly to schools and colleges.

The WBFDCL sells honey under the trade name MOUBANTM. It is collected by the FPC members from the tiger-infested mangrove forests of the Sundarbans and then hygienically processed and bottled. It is 100% pure natural honey, often recommended by the medical practitioners on account of its high therapeutic value. The MoubanTM Honey is sold in attractive bottles of 250 ml and 500 ml through the Retail Sales Centres of the WBFDCL. It is usually also available at the reception centres of the Eco-tourism Resorts of the WBFDCL and the headquarters of various Forest Divisions in West Bengal.
