Wahal’s Multi processor is the latest machine for the very fine cutting of all types of fine food products without any distractive heat. The main Motor with IP-55 class is comprised with a fitted brake which can stop the rotor from very high speed and fitted on top of the stainless steel table along with spindle assy.

Rotor shaft Is driven through a special tension/ maintance free and power efficient sandwich belt with very high precision bearings with special sealing/ lubrication arrangement. The whole system is based on Rotor/Stator technology, where a precision rotor with close clearance rotate in very fine slotted head stator at very high speed of up to 12, 000 RPM.

Material can be pumped through a suitable pump with control form or either to be fed manually through a hopper/ funnel where flow could be controlled through a ball valve. For better results one can employ our In Tank Homogenizer for small batches for the Pre-mixing of liquids and powders or initial crushing of fruits/vegetables.

Planetary Mixer/Double Planetary Mixers :

Planetary Mixers/Double Planetary Mixers consists of two identical blades that move in a planetary motion, rotating at their own axes as they orbit a common axis.

In only 36 revolutions around the vessel, the two blades pass through every point in the product zone, physically contacting the entire batch. Its ability to turnover thick, sticky or putty-like materials with great efficiency makes the Planetary mixers a standard workhorse in many industries. When mixing high viscosity products upwards of 2 million centipoise (cP), the blades impart a kneading action to the batch, smoothing out its consistency and breaking up any agglomerates.

Wahal Engineers, over years has come up with a series of design developments, extending the capabilities of the original Planetary Mixer. RECEPTION SECTION :

• Fresh tomatoes would be fed to the in-feed conveyor to feed the raw tomato to the reception section
• The tomatoes are conveyed to washing station to remove outer dirt and foreign matter from the skin and grading section.
• Washed tomato would be feed to the inspection cum sorting table where unwanted, damaged tomatoes would be separated out manually.

PROCESSING SECTION :

• Washed graded tomatoes are initially boiled to a certain extent which can be used for forming pulp.
• The boiled tomatoes would be passed on to the pulper having rotors and stator with inner and outer serration respectively to form initial thick puree/pulp of the boiled tomatoes.
• The pulp is then de-seed and the waste is filtered out to further process into fine paste.
• The de-seeded pulp so formed is then fed into the processing/mixing vessel.
• The mixing vessel is mounted with the homogenizer and vacuum pump to process under vacuum along with a feeding system to feed the desired volume of ingredients directly into the cooking kettle.
• The prepared ketchup is then pumped into the buffer storage vessel which is then transferred into the packaging station.
