Vritti Associates' Isolation Transformers offers reinforced safety when using in electronic devices or even for electro medical equipments. Our safety standards are well within the recommended standards in compliance as stipulated by National Electrical Code and as per Underwriters Laboratories safety standards.
Vritti Associates manufactures a wide range of transformers for the medical industry. These can be supplied on either a standalone unit or for assembly in customer's equipment.
We have models available for both international standards at 115V/60 Hz and in domestic usage at 230/50 Hz.
The main transformer is of Toroidal type which we produce in-house and it is one of the most advantageous as compared with other type of transformers mainly it is very efficient, small in size, low noise, low in Electro Magnetic Interference which in turn enhances the performance of the electronic and other electro medical equipments.
We follow some of the below regulations which fall under UL 60601-1, CSA C22.2 No.601 and EN 60601-1 standards like

Toroidal Transformer offer many advantages over a conventional laminated transformer.Toroidal has a round shape with no air gaps, and with the primary and secondary windings uniformly ditributed around the core, "locks in" the magnetic field and makes the toroidal transformer very quiet and efficient.

The main purpose of these transformers is used in energy saving technology which in turn enhances the performance and saving the energy.
We have both in single phase and cascaded in three phase as per the utility by the customer.
A range of high quality low profile encapsulated isolating transformers with twin 115V AC 50/60 HZ primary windings which may be connected in series for 230V or parallel for 115V operation designed for through hole soldering direct to printed circuit boards, mechanical fixing can be supplemented by 4 self tapping screws using holes moulded into the corner of the case.
