VK Global Digital offers PET and BOPP films in standard thicknesses ranging from 12 - 100 micron, from 1 - 1.6 meters in width and upto 24, 000 meters in roll length. Available in either metallized or transparent films with the option of HRI (high refractive index) coated films.   In addtion, VK Global Digital offers  direct embossed paper  (not transfer, without the use of PET) using the same lenses and diffraction patterns available on PET films, primarily suitable for green packaging applications (where films usage are often discouraged). This product is available in the standard weight of between 50 to 60 GSM and upto 1.3 meters in width. Customization is also available upon request and product requiremnet.

VK Global Digital offers a range of Circular, Hexagon, Flat and Linear Fresnel Lens. These can also be modified into unique shapes and cuts as per requirements; often used alongside other light activated patterns, holograms or textures to present a striking display. The circular fresnel lens created appears as a 3-dimensional chrome ball in the film, thus, giving it an enchanting appearence and depth.   Fresnel lens often requires registration while printing, we offer a tolerance of 0.5mm or less. Our design can have custom eye-marks based on the requirement of the machine, this can be used on either a registered laminator, or on a Web-Gravure machine for flexo printing. We can also offer fresnel lens on a 50 microns; PET film for self adhesive stock applicaitons with custom eye-marks.
