The Packing table is used after the stacker .The packing table is provided with leveled top surface to receive stacked biscuits in uniform line. The packing table provided with guides, flats and bridges to move the stacked biscuits uniformly in between guide flats. This facility provides quicker and neater handling and packing of biscuits.

The 90 Power Turn Unit - is a conveyor that is used in Biscuit Plants where space is a constraint.

These Conveyors can also be used to Make a 180 Turn By using Two 90 Power Turn Units. These Conveyors are Highly Maintenance Free & are robust. These Conveyors provide the ease to set up the plant in accordance to the floor area availability. 90 power Turn Units are available with PU Webs & Cotton Webs.

This Machine is utilized to spray oil fat on the Biscuits using the spinning Disc after the biscuits have been baked in the oven. This Machine sprays a very fine & thin Layer of coating of oil fat on the Biscuits. The Quantity of Spray of Oil Fat can be controlled accurately. The Coating of Oil is Uniform & Even Shine on the biscuits across theentire bandwidth. Thereby enhancing the quality of Biscuits by providing a uniform smoothness & shine on the biscuits.

The number of spinning discs provided in the machine varies in accordance to the band size of the biscuit plant. The Spinning Discs rotate a very high speed. When the oil is sprayed on the discs, the oil forms a uniform, thin & fine layer. Hence when the oil is sprayed on the biscuits there is a very uniform & fine coating on the biscuits.

Line dropping arrangement is provided on the Stripper Band Units. The advantage of using the line dropping system is that we can drop an individual line of the rejected biscuits, while allowing the other lines of biscuits that are of good quality to the cooling conveyor on the next set of operations. Thus by line dropping system we are able to save the good quality of biscuits being rejected, while a few lines only may be rejected.

The objective of providing a cooling conveyor is to cool the biscuits received at a high temperature from the oven to the ambient room temperature. The length of the cooling conveyor varies in accordance to the length of the baking oven. Two deck and four deck cooling conveyors are manufactured in accordance to the layout of the respective plants. Pneumatic tracking and tensioning arrangements enhance the performance of the working of the cooling conveyors.

The machine collects the biscuits from the cooling conveyor in a horizontal position and stocks the biscuits in a uniform manner vertically positioned.
