Moringa Powder

Description

Moringais the most widely cultivated species of theDrumstick tree. It is a fast-growing, drought-resistant tree, native to the southern foothills of the Himalayas in northwestern India, and widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas where its young seed pods and leaves are used as vegetables. It can also be used for water purification and hand washing, and is sometimes used in herbal medicine.

Ashwagandha Sticks AND Powder

Description

Withania somnifera, known commonly as ashwagandha, Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry or winter cherry. It is used as a herb in Ayurvedic medicine.

This species is a short, tender perennial shrub growing 3575 cm (1430 in) tall. Tomentose branches extend radially from a central stem. Leaves are dull green, elliptic, usually up to 1012 cm (4 to 5 in) long. The flowers are small, green and bell-shaped. The ripe fruit is orange-red.

Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, a skin condition marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic liver disease.

Ashwagandha is also used as an adaptogen to help the body cope with daily stress, and as a general tonic.

Some people also use ashwagandha for improving thinking ability, decreasing pain and swelling (inflammation), and preventing the effects of aging.
