In some of the chemical reactors, there will be tremendous build up of pressure associated with increase in temperature. Vision specializes in such pressure vessels of high volume. Vision has designed and supplied Pressure Vessel for a working pressure of greater than 100 kg/cm2

Pressure Vessels are used in Process Industries like including Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Paint & Coatings, Resin Plants, Biotech industries etc. Our design department will study customer's special process requirements, and then design them. We then manufacture and supply the vessels.

3. Normal Capacity from 5 Litres-20 KL or suiting to client's requirement

Heat Exchangers are used for change of status of materials, such as liquid to gas and gas to liquid. They are used in majority of Process Industries including Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint & Coating, Resin Plants, Biotech industries, Power Plants, Petroleum Industries etc. Visions designs and supplies Heat Exchangers as per Processes/Clients' requirements. We can also meet all PED requirements.

Storage Tanks are most commonly used equipment for storing Raw Materials, Intermediates and Finished Products in almost every industry. Vision will design and supply Storage Tanks, along with MS Platform and Stairs as per process / client's requirement. We can also meet all PED requirements.

Vaccum Chambers are most commonly used in Testing of Aerospace and Defence systems, AirBorne Systems, Air Craft Systems& Land Systems& Navel Systems Vision will design and supply Vaccum Chambers as per process/client's requirements.

Evaporators are used for concentrating various kinds of Liquid Food, Organic / Inorganic Solutions, Industrial effluents and other liquid products using Thermal Energy. Evaporators can be of Single Effect or Multiple Effect for additional components for heating and cooling. Evaporators are used in industries like Chemical Process, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-tech, Herbal Extraction Plant etc. Vision will design and supply Evaporators as per process / clients' requirement. Distillation Columns are tall metallic cylinder internally fitted with trays and baffle plates to attain the process of distillation more efficiently. It is used widely for the purification process and separation in a mixture of liquids by application and removal of heat in all process industries like Chemical Process, Petroleum, Paints & Coatings, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-tech etc. Vision can design and supply Distillation Columns as per process / client's requirement. We can also meet all PED requirements.
