Boiler Water Treatment Chemical (VCHEM 101) is a sludge conditioner based on low molecular weight copolymer. This synthetic polymer is designed to produce light finely divided particles which are non adherent and easily removed in blowdown. VCHEM 101 is highly stable and does not decompose under high pressure ( 100 Kg/Cm 2) and temperature. Typical Properties :

Treatment :VCHEM 101 is normally dosed so as to maintain the boiler water concentration between 100 to 500 mg/l in the boiler water. The correct treatment level for scale prevention depends on operating condition such as the boiler pressure and the alkalinity of the boiler water. Dosing :VCHEM 101 viscosity allows it to be dosed by conventional dosage pumps, without dilution, but it may be diluted if desired. VCHEM 101 is not corrosive in concentrated or diluted form to steel mixing tanks or dosage pumps. Dosing direct to feed tank is recommended in single boiler installation. Packing :VCHEM 101 is available in 50 and 200 Ltrs drum. Note : Boiler Water Treatment Chemical (VCHEM 101) finds applications in the following installations.

Dosage :In order to maintain boiler free from scaling, the dosage of VCHEM-110 should be regular as per our recommendations and the residuals to be maintained in the range of 15-30 ppm in the boiler drum. VCHEM-110 is to be dosed by means of a dosing pump either to the Boiler Drum or to feed water tank. Precautions :VCHEM-110 is non hazardous and non toxic chemical; however the contact with eyes should be avoided. Wash with excess water and seek medical advice in case of contact with eyes.

Dosage :A 10-15% solution to be prepared in distilled or D M water and the dosing should be carried out in a closed system to avoid atmospheric contact. The dosing of VCHEM: 115 depend on the feed water temperature. Normally a residual of 20-30 ppm of VCHEM: 115 to be maintained in the boiler drum. Precautions :

• Though VCHEM : 115 is non hazardous chemical, it may cause irritation on the skin. In case of contact, wash with plenty of water.
• Store VCHEM : 115 in dry and moist free conditions. The container to be sealed after use.
