1 Products availableGrommets are generally flared or collared on each side to keep them in place, and made in various polymers depending on the application. They may be used to prevent tearing or abrasion of the pierced material or protection from abrasion of the insulation on the wire, cable, line being routed through the penetration, and to cover sharp edges of the piercing, or all of the above. These are also use in Irrigational sector for Drip Irrigation. We are also one of the largest Suppliers of Drip Irrigation Rubber Grommets.
Most common are molded rubber that are inserted into small hole diameters up to 2" in diameter. There are many hole configurations from standard round to assorted U-shapes. Larger penetrations that are irregular in shape as well as long straight edges often use extruded or stamped strips of continuous length. These Continuous length materials are referred to as "grommet edging".
These are quite common in applications that range from telecom switches and data center cabinets to complex and dense wire/cable and even hydraulic tubing in aircraft, transportation vehicles and medical equipment.
Grommets are also manufactured from over 15 polymers including: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®, Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (AU/EU), Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Chloroprene (Neoprene®), etc
Intumescent Fire Smoke Seals are predominantly used in Fire Door Manufacturers, usually fire door assemblies of Wood, Composites & Steel. Pure Teflon packing rope is flexible, chemically inert, dimentionally stable with low coefficient of friction and excellent compression resistance properties. It is braided packing made up of pure PTFE yarns.
PTFE 100% square packing is a self-lubricating, chemically inert, non-toxic, and a non-hazardous material. It is very flexible packing and provides more efficient sealing with very low friction characteristics. This packing can be used against corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils and petroleum by products and oxygen service widely used for water handling equipments, liquid oxygen pumps, valves etc
PTFE Sheets are typically of two types, namely Skewed PTFE Sheets and Moulded PTFE Sheets. Widely used in applications where high abrasion resistance is required, chemical resistance, high heat resistance, Oil & Acid resitance, etc.
PTFE is principally used as a gasket material because of it's capability to remain unaffected by the majority of chemicals used in industry. It is also classified, in most cases, as a food grade material, making it acceptable to both medical and food production industries. There are three basic types of PTFE gasket materials. Virgin PTFE , filled PTFE and expanded PTFE .Virgin PTFE is by far the least expensive of the three varieties, and is used in most general applications. Filled PTFE is a gasket material with a virgin PTFE base to which a substance is added during manufacture to improve the sealing characteristics of PTFE . This "filler" usually is glass or graphite particles although ceramics has sometimes been used. The resulting gasket material is strong, yet highly compressible with very good, though not universal, chemical resistance.
Expanded PTFE is virgin PTFE to which a stress resistance has been added by means of molecular rearrangement during manufacture. This process ensures that the molecular chains from which the PTFE is constructed, do not arrange themselves into set patterns. This means that expanded PTFE possesses no structural weakness (grain) and expands and contracts equally in all directions. Because no additives are required, expanded PTFE also possesses the unique chemical resistance of virgin PTFE .
In the calendering process, fabric and rubber material is passed through a series of rollers to flatten, smooth and commingle the two or more materials. Calendered sheets can have multiple layers of both the elastomeric and polymer "sandwiched" together.
Sheeting produced by the calender process is typically divided into two classes: either fabric inserted, or unsupported. Unsupported calender goods contain only layers of rubber or plastic that have been joined without cord, cloth or textile being inserted for strength or tear resistance. Tire cord can be used special cases; rayon, cotton, nylon, or polyester cords are arranged in parallel and bound together by rubber on a calender.
Depending upon intended use and required look or feel, the sheets of rubberized fabric are then smoothed, glazed, polished, or given a moiré or embossed surface. The resulting surface characteristics depend on the pressure exerted by the rollers, on their temperature, composition, and surface designs, and on the type of coating or glaze previously applied to the material to be calendered. Following the calendering process the material is then wound into rolls and placed into storage.
An O - Ring is a circular band with circular cross section to arrest leakages between two faces or over shaft and hole. They are designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface.
O–Rings selection is based on chemical compatibility, service temperature, sealing pressure, lubrication requirements and working atmosphere. Successful o-ring joint design requires a rigid mechanical mounting that applies a predictable deformation to the o-ring.
This introduces a calculated mechanical stress at the o-ring contacting surfaces. As long as the pressure of the fluid being contained does not exceed the contact stress of the o-ring, leaking cannot occur. The seal is designed to have a point contact between the o-ring and sealing faces. This allows a high local stress, able to contain high pressure, without exceeding the yield stress of the o-ring body.
The flexible nature of o-ring accommodates imperfections in the mounting parts. Mostly these O Rings are used to seal hydraulic, pneumatic and wherever sealing is required. We manufacture O-rings, seals and associated components from a wide range of materials, with the shortest lead-times in India.
When mismatching the sealing line and parting line, the sealing performance is improved due to the flash marks. Because there is a mechanical removal of flash is taken place in the sealing line.
The offset parting o-rings is widely used in critical applications. These o-rings are costlier than regular O-rings, because of their construction.
Our continual investment and development of product, personnel and customer satisfaction ensures we remain unrivalled in our field for quality and service.
O-Rings are also manufactured from over 15 polymers including: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®, Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (AU/EU), Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Chloroprene (Neoprene®), etc.

Rubber Hose: A hose is a flexible hollow tube designed to carry fluids from one location to another. Hoses are also sometimes called pipes (the word pipe usually refers to a rigid tube, whereas a hose is usually a flexible one), or more generally tubing. The shape of a hose is usually cylindrical (having a circular cross section).
Hose design is based on a combination of application and performance. Common factors are size, pressure rating, weight, length, straight hose or coilhose, and chemical compatibility. Hoses are made from one or a combination of many different materials. To achieve a better pressure resistance, hoses are reinforced with fibers or fabric material.
