Filter Gaskets are especially used in Drip Irrigational Filters and available in different sizes and dimensions according to size and design of filters. Filter Gaskets are usually manufactured using Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) where EPDM is best for its environmental stability as it sustains in all types of weather conditions, salts, minerals, water, UV radiations, etc. Natural Rubber is used for cost effectiveness and its tensile strength.
Ebonite Rubber Products:
A) Rubber Rollers are used in paper industry and various conveyor belt systems, Chemical Industries, etc.
B) Rubber Nozzles are used in Ejector Systems where pressure is convered to kinetic energy and mixing of two motives.
C) Rubber Rollers are used for tooling purpose to manufacture various Ebonite Rubber Products in Industries.
D) Rubber Rollers is used for measuring liquid level based on up and down movments of float. It is not just used in fuel tanks but also industrial purpose where high chemical resistance is to be used.
Applications:
1. Automobiles
2. Transformer Oil Indicators.
3. LPG Level Guages.
4. Industial Liquid Level Guages/Sensors.
5. All kinds of Liquid Level Sensors.
6. Steel Industry for Sheet Pulling & Cutting
Compressed fibre jointing is a consistently uniform pliable and resilient product. A price worthy quality of dependable performance, plus adaptability to many sealing requirements makes this ''STEAM JOINTING'' the most popular choice sheet packing of plant engineers and maintenance men.
Available in all types of standard and non standard sizes.
A gasket material is comprised of asbestos fibers encapsulated within a rubber binder. CAF Gaskets are tough, durable and dimensionally stable, relatively incompressible and exhibits low creep characteristics. It also has the ability to effectively form a seal over a wide range of service conditions which has given it a good reputation. Compressed asbestos fiber (CAF) gaskets have good chemical resistance capabilities and a good working temperature range of cryogenic to 1, 100F. It is less suitable for low bolt loads such as use with non-metallic flanges and low grade bolts, and is not suitable for use in stainless steel flanges due to its chlorine content which will damage the flanges. However, CAF Gaskets can be installed relatively easily due to their ability to handle mechanical abuse, incorrect fitting and bolt-load retorquing.
Non-asbestos fiber mixed with heat/chemical resisting rubber binder, then rolled and vulcanized. Used as pipe flange and gasket for equipment in various industries.
Natural Rubber Gaskets (Gum Rubber Gaskets) Polyisoprene (NR):
Natural rubber, also referred to as “gum rubber”, has many positive characteristics. It has superior resilience, high resistance to tear and abrasion, tensile strength, good compression set, and molding properties. Natural rubber is soft and displays good flexing qualities at low temperatures. It also has the ability to bond well to other materials such as metal. Natural rubber is non-toxic, non-marking, and resistant to water, acids, alcohol, organic salts, and alkalis. Natural rubber should not be used in applications that involve petroleum derivatives or exposure to chemicals. Natural rubber functions well in temperatures ranging from -60°F to +175°F.

We offer different types of Rubber Gaskets used according to purpose and type. Some of the gaskets are Flange and Ring Type Gaskets followed by standards such as ANSI, BS10TD, T-5, T-17, T-11, IS-1538, IS-6392, Body Gaskets, etc.
These gaskets are also manufactured from over 15 polymers including: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Fluorocarbon (Viton®, Fluorocarbon (FKM), Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Polyurethane (AU/EU), Natural Rubber (NR), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Chloroprene (Neoprene®), etc.
Spiral Wound Gaskets comprise a mix of metallic and filler material. Generally, the gasket has a metal (normally carbon rich or stainless steel) wound outwards in a circular spiral (other shapes are possible) with the filler material (generally a flexible graphite) wound in the same manner but starting from the opposing side. This results in alternating layers of filler and metal. The filler material in these gaskets acts as the sealing element, with the metal providing structural support. These gaskets have proven to be reliable in most applications, and allow lower clamping forces than solid gaskets, albeit with a higher cost.
Spiral Wound Gaskets have proven to be the most reliable sealing element for use in difficult, critical and arduous duties. Spiral wound gaskets are used in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Steam lines and Process Industries, where they have many advantages over older types of gaskets.
These gaskets are manufactured to International specifications such as BS, API, ASME, DIN.
