This highly compact and sturdy machine with operator friendly controls and material placement gauges provide consistent production. The boxes having a sealing width of 15-75 mm and a length of 14 can be sealed comfortably on this machine. This is a single station machine and is cost effective.

his twin Gooseneck machine is a versatile combination of Pocket Sealing and Spine Welding machine . This combination results in saving of both Power and Space. Two operators can work simultaneously and individually on this machine.

Applications:To seal inner pockets and windows of PP Files, 'L' Shaped Folder sealing, Project File Sealing, CD Leaf Sealing and to seal thin PP Films on PP file back.

VWPPST-PP Shuttle Tray Slide Left and Right trays facilitate preparation process to be carried out on both the stations. This coupled with material placement gauges and easy to operate trays, optimizes production. High Pressure requirements are fulfilled by a heavy duty Pneumatic press.

This specially customized unique machine is a combination of PP Spine Welding Machine with shuttle trays. The label is placed along with the spine and the output is a neat weld at a single stroke. This eliminates the tedious job of inserting the label after the seal thereby increasing the production. The Shuttle tray system again optimises productivity. Presence of gauges on the left and right slide-in trays facilitates accurate positioning and gives a classic finished look. A heavy duty pneumatic press provides the necessary pressure.

This machine is a combination of manual and semi automatic machine. Welding press can move up or down either manually and pneumatically there by eliminating the need for a separate pneumatic machine.
