Water Tank Capacity could vary from 1800 to 6000 Liters. It would be made of stainless steel sheets or M.S. Sheets of necessary gauge thickness. M.S Tank would be treated for anti-corrosion to last for years. The tank is of welded construction and is suitably mounted on chassis for proper load distribution on axles and minimizing chassis flexion stresses. Tank is secured sturdily and could be removed easily. Baffles plates are provided inside the tank to absorb water hammer effect while in motion. Care is taken so that full contents could flow towards the pump. Adequately sized Man Hole and Cleaning Hole are also provided for easy maintenances.

Casing made from light alloys, having a discharge rate of 275 to 1100 LPM at 4.2 kg cm2. It has 75 mm round threaded single suction and 63 mm instantaneous type single delivery with blank cap. A well-balanced light aluminum alloy impeller mounted on common shaft to engine ensures full torque transmission and high efficiency.

Suitable for B & C class of fires such as fire in inflammable liquid, petroleum products, oils, grease, paints, lacquers, flammable gases and electric equipment.Most useful where other extinguishing agent create residual damage.

DCP Tender of 1000 and 2000 kg is most ideal and sophisticated equipment to combat oil fires. Automatic actuation is through one manual lever on one cylinder, which in turn sets of all the cylinders automatically. As the pressure reaches 1.5 kgcm2, the powder valve is automatically opened. The time required for pressure builds up, gives monitor operator enough time to position the monitor and time enough to take hose reels to actual position of fire. The complete unit can also be offered with manual operation. Body works, cabin and control panel are fully illuminated for efficient night time operation.

Butyl Suits This suit which hardly weighs 4 kg. is an ideal protective garment for handling hazardous chemicals and toxic gases. It is made out of polyamide fabric with butyl coating on both, inside and outside. This easy to wear suit is most ideal for handling FURFURAL. SHOOTFIRE offers you complete range of DCP extinguishers on wheels, with capacity varying from 25kgs to 500 kgs. With accurate fabrication of vessels conforming to relevant IS specifications, these units ensure long life and peak performance. Special protection against corrosion is given to increase its life. From 25 kg to 100 kg all capacities of extinguishers are available on trolleys made of tubular steel sections and mounted on high quality solid rubber tiers. A single man can easily move these extinguishers to the actual site of fire. In higher capacities (from 50kg) a bottom diffuser system can be fixed for thorough agitation of powder and smooth discharge. There are also provision for giving protector box for gas cylinders (N2 CO2) where extinguisher units are going to be exposed to extreme heat and dust. Extinguisher volume and piping design ensures the complete usage of powder with high discharge rate and throw up to 12 meters.The parts are mounted in such a way that all parts can be easily dismantled for maintenance and repair works.
