• After overdyeing on denim it is not necessary to drain the residual liquid and adjust temp before color fixing treatment.

Applied Direction- Sodium hypochlorite bleaching

 

Product Characteristics -Prevent elasticity lossing in bleaching elastic denim by sodium hypochlorite

 

Applications :

• Bleach concentration- depend on color and depth of shade
• Put in bleach (sodium hypochlorite), then apply MASTONE CB and raise temp to 40 degree C and bleach about 15-20 mins

Applied Direction -Specially use to get rid of the residual left behind after potassium permanganate bleaching

Application- Masmover A(one part), put into the washer, revolving 2-3 mins and add MASMOVER B(one part)and continue to revolve 10-15 mins , drain water and rinse with clean water and process end.

Applied Direction -Hydrogen Peroxide bleaching

• Put in H2O2 according to normal procedures, then apply MASTONE SS and raise temp to 60-80 degree C and bleach 30-40 mins

Application -Semi finished garment -Resin Finish(dip in resin bath)-Extract-Dry and Baking (heat temp: 140°C, 15-20mins)

Application -Under normal procedure of putting in softener, add about Massofttm SWS:0.2-0.5% owf, process is similar to normal softening Massofttm-ES
