Pure Cow Ghee that we offer is prepared using the pure cow milk, desi butter or cream. It is hygienically processed in our processing unit and is kept free from preservatives, adulterations, artificial colors and artificial flavors. Our Pure Cow Ghee contains a minimum of 99.7% fat and not more than 0.3 % moisture. The colour of ghee is golden yellow due to the carotene pigment present in cow’s milk. Granulation of ghee is due to melting content of glycerides of higher melting saturated fatty acids, especially Palmitic & Stearic. We make available Pure Cow Ghee in different packaging options.

Shrikhand is a famous Indian sweet dish prepared from strained yogurt. It is a semi-soft, sweetish-sour, whole milk product that we prepare in the most hygienic conditions using fresh ingredients. The curd, i.e., ‘Dahi’ is partially strained through a muslin cloth to remove the whey & thus produce a solid mass called ‘Chakka’, which is the basic ingredient for Shrikhand. It is mixed with required amount of sugar & dry fruits to yield the end product. Our Shrikhand is famous for its smooth texture & great taste as it is made by using traditional method. It contains fat in the range of 5-6 %. We provide Shrikhand in quality packing for intact freshness and its shelf life is 3 months, when stored below -10^oC.
