Vijayesh offers calibration facilities for many measuring instruments and sensors.
We do calibration checks for most items using our master units which have valid calibrations. The certificates are traceable to various standards either directly or through NABL accredited laboratories. Our test laboratory engineers are fully well trained for carrying out the work in house or on site.
The checking work is generally carried out in our laboratory. Onsite work all over the country is also undertaken by us.
Our Scope :
Thermal MappingFor any heat treatment work, it is very vital that it is done at the correct temperature. Most of the times the actual temperature, the measured and controlled temperatures are different. This happens because of the locations of thermocouples and furnace design. Incorrect calibration of thermocouples and controllers is another issue. For process standardization, accuracy and repeatability of measurement is required. These depend on the thermocouple characteristics, compensating cables, measuring instrument and its calibration and finally the actual method of measurement.
Uniformity of temperature can be checked by furnace mapping by inserting many thermocouples inside the furnace and collecting data. The data is logged over a period of time and different temperatures.
The mapping is carried out as per CQI standard (SAT and TUS) or any other applicable standards. We have all necessary thermocouples, data loggers and fully trained engineers who carry out the job on site in plant at the furnace.
We also offer Process Thermocouples with provision for inserting SAT thermocouples so that SAT can be done correctly.
