Vibro Finishing Machine Vibromatic Industries Vibro finishing machine is a bowl type centrifugal finishing machine. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable ceramic / plastic or steel media and the components be processed. The mutual rubbing action takes place inside the chamber due to the gyratory vibrations, Compared to other simpler processes this method completes the deburring process faster.

Vibromatic industries Auto Separation Vibro Finishing Machine is a bowl type finishing machine. The bowl is coated with rubber or PU lining. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable finishing media and the components be processed. The interaction between the finishing media and the work piece results in deburring, descaling, rounding of corners and polishing of the work piece. In auto discharge machines there is in-built part-media separation arrangement.

At the end of the process machine flap is lowered into the bowl automatically & part media mixture is comes over to the separation sheet. The media will fall down in the bowl & parts come out of machine.

Vibromatic Industries Vibro screen (gyro screen) is Vibratory or Gyratory Sieving Machine designed on the principle of gyratory motion generated by vibro motor. Gyratory motion is the most effective method for screening. Vibro screen are driven by vertically mounted vibratory motor having eccentric weight at the top & bottom end of the shaft. At the time of Motor rotation top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of bottom weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. By changing their lead angle, various spiral-screening patterns are obtained to suit different application. "VIBROMATIC" vibro screen provides optimum screening & assures maximum feed-rate & efficiency. Vibro screen is also known as gyro screen, vibrating screen, vibro sifter, vibro grader, rotary screen, etc.

Gyro Screen is the circular screens operating with special Vibratory Motor imparting vibration in multiple directions to the screen assembly. Gyratory motion is the most effective method for screening, complete machine consists of Vibration generating base which houses the Vibratory Motor and Screening Assembly with wire mesh or perforated sheet. The material fed on the screen travels above the screen or passes through the screen depending upon its particle size and nature. A Low Profile Separator offers high capacities of wet or dry scalping in a low headroom design. The low profile separator has a single vertically mounted motor to generate a sifting motion across the screen plane.

These low profile separators fit neatly into production lines, providing considerable screening capacity without requiring excessive headroom. Operating and cleaning is quick and easy, making this range of separators perfect for all processing industries and application like pre-packing screening, bulk bag unloading and screening of raw ingredients.

Driers important if parts are to be painted or plated. Vibro Dryer is used for drying of wet components. The dryer is filled with water absorbing media like corncob. The wet components when tumbled with corncob, it gets nice wiping action and Stain Free Drying is achieved. Longer process time here enhances luster of the components. The time cycle can be infinitely varied after which the unload flap is flipped into position and parts are discharged via the unloading screen. The cob remains in the bowl.

Unbalance motors are a synchronous AC Motors with pairs of centrifugal weight fitted to the ends of the motor shafts. The size of the unbalance and with it the amplitude of the oscillation by the working unit can be adjusted by shifting the centrifugal weights when the motor is at a stanstill. The unbalance motors are also available in a special version for mains voltages up to 440V and for a mains frequncy ranging from 50 Hz to 60 Hz. we are work on unbalanced motor last since year.
