Our simple polyamide flexible Tubes with or without GI inner sleeve are one of the most sought-after products used in different Industries. It replaces all PVC flexible tubes.The Polyamide Conduit offers high flexibility and most importantly the protection of wires and cables from burning or catching fire. Owing to the use of nylon as the production material, the Polyamide Flexible Conduits have high flexibility and offer self-extinguishing properties. The polyamide coating can be on GI flexible conduits also.

Flexible Metal Conduits (FMC) are produced from a homogeneous size of steel, which is then galvanized with 90-250 GSM coating for safety against corrosion. The metal strips are interlocked firmly with Square Lock or Double Lock (Interlock) as per requirement for assurance of highly Flexible Metal Conduit which delivers excellent Flexibility for U-turn applications.

Our products sizes range from 6 mm to 200 mm internal diameter. Our conduits are manufactured from 80 to 250 GSM Zinc coated Galvanized Iron coils of 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm Thickness to meet different standards such as:

1. ISI 3480:1966.

2. BS EN 50086, BS 731 Part 1:1952, BSEN 60529:2004, BSEN 61386-23:2004, and IEC 61386-23:2002.

3. UL & UL(US).

The Flexible metal conduits are manufactured from premium quality of raw material to assure smoother internal and external faces, which is smooth for both cable and conduit pulling. We use premium quality lock forming Galvanized Steel of ISI/BS standards with high anti corrosion zinc coating ranging from 90 GSM to 250 GSM

For high temperature and high-pressure installations, a Flexible Metal Conduit with a protective outer nonmetallic jacket approved for protection from physical damage. The diameter of the conduits ranges from 0.5” to 4” (15 mm to 100 mm internal diameter).

The thickness of the GI metal may range from 0.2 to 0.4 mm and anti-corrosion coating of 80-150 GSM. PVC Coating may range from 1mm to 2 mm. It is recommended for all types of industries and building electrifications of higher standards as well as railway coaches, Automobiles and defense Industries.

Liquid Tight Flexible metal conduit (LFMC) is a metallic Flexible conduit covered by a waterproof plastic coating. The interior is similar to FMC. The diameter of the conduits may range from 0.5”to 4” and the thickness of the metal may range from 0.2 to 5 mm. PVC Coating may range from 1mm to 3 mm.

Our premium product is double lock leak proof with or without copper wire Stainless Steel and GI flexible conduits. The GI used in the double lock flexi tube is generally varies from 120 GSM to 250 GSM as per requirement of the client and project. The SS used is generally 202 and 304 grade but in special cases the Stainless steel used is of 316 grade also as per requirement of the client.

We manufacture Flexible GI metal Conduit and And it is jacketed ( coated) With PVC Maybe Recycle or virgin or FRLS or UV resistant

Our product have ID of 10 MM to hundred MM and in a special case, it can be increased to 200 MMID with corresponding OD

Our products are of premium grade with 0.2 MM GI thickness to 0.3 MM GI thickness as per requirement
