We manufacture silicon transparent tubes in various sizes starting from 0.2 mm onwards as per requirement of clients. These tubes are used as electrical sleeving. They are used in bottle filling, food handling and viscous material handling. It is unaffected by most water soluble materials. It has excellent flexibility (can be stretched as well as compressed). It is non reactive to body tissue and fluid. Due to optimum strength, compact design, perfect finish and durability, this Silicone Transparent Tube is highly demanded in various industrial units. We are already supplying our Silicon transparent tube to various Dairy/Pharma/Chemical industries.
Rubber technology deals with transforming rubber into useful products such as tyres, mats etc. Extruded rubber components are made using a hot vulcanization process from standard or custom profiles. We can manufacture and supply rubber products of various sizes and lengths. An effective and affordable solution for many sealing applications, and are especially useful when a large-diameter profile (too large to be molded) is needed.
We offer PTFE skived and molded which is manufactured by molding process with PTFE granular PTFE resin, which has glossy surface. These have excellent characteristics of chemical corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric superiority, strong tensile strength, low friction and aging resistance. Our range is very suitable for linings, seals and electric insulate parts at any frequency, bearing pads for bridge.

We offer PTFE lining, which are available in natural or statically dissipate to prevent the build up of static charges and reduce the static electricity on the surface of rollers. We refer to these liners as conductive, which can be availed from us at industry leading prices.

We offer excellent quality of PTFE rods with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 50 mm.Moulding process is used to manufacture rods with diameters above 50 mm. These rods are chemical-resistant of all known plastics. Also they are having wax like surface to prevent other materials from sticking. Having lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials this has the best electrical properties of plastic.
We manufacture and supply excellent quality of electrical insulating mats as per I.S. 5424 CF 1969 also confirming to B.S. 921 of 1952 with Test Certificate for 11 K.V./22 K.V./33 K.V. We can supply in any length as per customer requirement.

We manufacture and supply guide rings and strips which are useful in Hydraullic and Pneumatic applications made from hard convex with fabric reinforced for heavy stressed hydraulic applications. We are already supplying guide rings to many of our clients including Govt. Companies.
