SATAKE GS series is available in 2940, 5880, 8820, 11760 versions based on sorting channels. It achieves remarkable performance with multi- grain sorting. The Satake Thickness/Width Separator was developed for size separation of various grains and beans. During the passage of materials through the revolving cylindrical screens, smaller grains or beans are discharged through the slots or round holes on the screen and to the outside of the machine.
This machine is widely used at various large scale rice mills, seed processing plants and grains/beans processing plants to produce high quality products because it can separate broken grains and immatures easily and efficiently.
Satake Length Grader, indented cylinder type, separates one or two kinds of broken or shorter grain from whole grain by length. Broken grain or shorter grain which is more than half of whole grain in length can not separate from whole grain by a sieve or thickness/width grader. Accordingly, this type machine is must for rice millers and seed makers who wish to obtain the high quality products. The stocks fed into the indented cylinder are taken up by the indents of the rotating cylinder. The grain longer in length drops out of indents on their way to reach the catch trough and the grain remaining in the indents are thrown into catch trough.

The difficult impurities like strings, straws, loose sticks in the material are checked and removed by the top drum separator. This uses a Hexagonal drum Sieve for efficiently removing such impurities and providing clean raw material for further processing.
The bottom portion is a fully enclosed sieve section for removing impurities based on their size. Satake offers a range of screen size for various commodities such as wheat, rice, maize, soya etc.
This pre-cleaner can be used for silo intake sections and also as a Mill Cleaner for grains coming from storages and warehouses.

The Satake Hydrator is an innovative grain tempering mixer designed to provide high levels of moisture addition in a single operation. The use of vibration to provide exceptional water dispersion is combined with slow stirring and a long dwell time to ensure absorption of up to 8% moisture. Grain leaving the machine has no free surface moisture, eliminating any subsequent temper bin discharge problems. The Hydrator can be used in conjunction with a simple water flow meter or the most sophisticated automatic moisture control system.

The Satake Milling Separator is an all purpose separator for the cleaning of cereal grains, such as wheat, rice, maize (corn), rye, oats etc. It efficiently removes both large coarse material and fine impurities from the grain being cleaned.
The Satake Milling Separator is available as a Silo (elevator) Intake Separator at high capacities and as a Milling Separator, to provide a more precise searching separation.
The Satake Milling Separator can be used with a simple exhaust or can be matched to a SCA Closed Circuit or a GLAB Open Circuit Aspirator.

SATAKE RMGS machines are available in 564, 844 and 1404 series which has created a new dimension to sorting applications. These are equipped with a new design of high powered CCD sensors and NIR sensors for an accurate sensing and minimum rejection.
