VENUS Hydraulic Pumps are available in six different models which cover the range from 500 PSI. to 6000 PSI .Model H-5, H-10 & H-15 are manufactured out of Cost iron body with S.S. & G.M. Internals with built-in Check Valve and release systems. Other models such as H-30, H-50 & H-60 are manufactured in Gun Model body Forged Steel with built-in Check Valve and Double Release system to isolate the Pump Body from pressure. Every Pump is supplied with M.S. Fabricated Tank, Pressure Gauge, 2 Meters High Pressure House Assembly with suitable Steel Adopters (12 dia. B.S.P.Female Thread ). The Pump Unit is mounted on Tank Tripod Stands.

These Capacity of pumps give in the table are calculated and based on a vertical lift of suction of 1 M and a verticaldelivery of 1m with full stroke at the rate stated.
A foot valve should be fitted when suction lift is more than 2M.
In case the liquide is to be forced more than 4M above the pump, vertical check valve on the delivery pipe isdesirable.

0-8>>Have vertical lugs and are fitted with single handle.
9-10>>Have horizontal lugs and are fitted with single handle.

Note:1. Chemical Pumps of non-ferrous/stainless steel construction are also manufactured against specfic requirement.2. The maximum working pressure for these pumps are recomended for 2 Kgs/cm2Approx.3. Also avaliable with built-in check valve system for developing high pressure 3 Kgs/cm2- 5 Kgs/cm2.
