Manufacturing Facility is built in an area of 25000 SFT fabrication & Galvanising shop our Manufacturing Facilities located at Gamanagatti Industrial Area HUBLI in Karnataka is well equipped with State of The Art Infrastructure, Equipment and In-House Hot Dip Galvanizing Facilities for meeting Customer’s requirements of High Mast Pole, Road Crash Barrier, Transmission Line Towers, Solar Support Structure.
The plants are equipped with the following machinery like Hydraulic bending machine 40 feet length, pipe straitening machine, submerge welding machine, Cut to length machine & silting machine, MIG Welding Machines, Tig Welding Machines, Arc Welding Machines, Pedestal Grinders, Surface Grinders, Hand Grinders, Hydraulic Shearing, Punching, Mechanical Power Presses, Hydraulic Plate Shearing Machines, PUG cutting Machines, Radial & Pillar Drilling Machines, materials movements equipment like EOT Cranes 10Tons 3 Nos and 30Tons 1 Nos.
Fabrication of High Mast Poles is manufactured strictly as per ISI Standards. We assemble & test prototype production.
