Carbon Bushes In Two Halves Used In Stoker Arm For Boilers :

Copper impregnated carbon bushes with extremely smooth bore are designed for dry running at elevated temperatures. These are used on front and rear shafts in coal fired stoker arm boilers as single bush or split bush i.e. in two halves to protect the shaft from wearing. These copper impregnated carbon graphite bushes are mainly used in paper mills, sugar factories and power generation plants. They are used as replacment of cast iron bushes.

We manufacture precision engineered grooved nuts from qualitative raw material. These have a screw hole at the center and a head portion whose outer periphery is polygonal. Processed on the latest machines our nuts have smooth finish that provides perfect fitting and anchoring of the components. Apart from the regular sizes we also fabricate these nuts in different dimensions to cater varied requirements of our clientele

Hard and ground shafts offered by us are available in different material finishes and in special lengths. These steel shafts come with retaining ring grooves, bearing journals, flats and are known for providing durable and long lasting performance at clients end.

We manufacture screw rods from qualitative raw material. These are fabricated in different dimensions so that it can be readily used in different industrial equipments. The rods have uniform threading that is necessary for joining different parts of the machines.
