The product laden trays are placed on the shelves provided in the chamber. After which the door is locked. The chamber is vacuumised. Heating system is also started. The hot oil water starts circulating inside the shelves in a serpentine manner. Due to this configuration, the heat transfer from the shelves to the trays is quite fast. Working
The basic equipment consists of machine base covered all around by SS flush type panels. The frame is provided with a SS staircase & railings. Over the frame there is RMG Bowl with pneumatically open able lid. It has two mixing blades. Material to be mixed is whirled and tumbled, close to the bottom of RMG bowl with the help of chopper blades. Chopper Tool located at the side prevents lump formation. Vats & Vessels. Vibro separators are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solid

Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.

Working Principle
The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.
The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration

Nutsche Filter

The function of filtration equipment is to filter slurry so as to separate the solid more or less completely from the liquid. In Nutsche filter force required for separation of filtrate is through gravity and vacuum. It is very useful to collect small amounts of solids from relatively large volumes of liquid.

Nutsche filter is a batch type filter and is versatile and flexible in use. It too can be used in conjunction with a wide range of filter media, such as paper, textile filter fabric, needle felt, membrane filter cloth, wire mesh and sintered metal. The filtering plate base is positioned horizontally, which makes washing or further treatment of the filter cake very easy. On request, the Nutsche may be equipped with a mixer for continuous or re-suspension of solids.

how the ribbon blender works
a ribbon blender consists of a horizontal trough with a central shaft and a helical ribbon agitator. Mixing results from the turbulence induced by counteracting ribbons. There are two sets of counter acting ribbons - outer ribbon, inner ribbon. Both ribbons mounted on the same shaft. Ribbons has close trough clearance which provides a region of high shear force near the wall thereby achieving both bulk blending and dispersive mixing.
