DTDS is used in low pressure methods like Devulcanizer methods & Rotary Autoclave method and getting pressure only up to 200PSI to 300PSI and temperature up to 180 Degree Celsius to 210 Degree Celsius. The Results with this rubber reclaiming agent is very good. Varun Polymers has successfully segregated the higher fraction of more concentrated disulphide offered as DTDS useable as Reclaiming agent at about 0.5% to 0.7% depending upon the quality of scrap-processing conditions and oils used. Specifications: DTDS is used as a catalyst in the process of making reclaim rubber. Any kind of rubber (vulcanized rubber scrap) whether synthetic rubber or natural rubber can be reclaimed (de-vulcanized) by the using this rubber reclaiming agent. Advantage: DTDS makes the process of de-vulcanization of rubber faster that too at a lower temperature & therefore reduces power consumption of rubber reclaiming plant, saves process timing, rubber can be reclaimed or de-vulcanized at a lower temperature, improve the efficiency of plant, saves the intake of fuel, improves the quality of resulting reclaim rubber and risk of hardening is reduced. Di Xylene Di Sulphide or DXDS is used in high pressure method where the steam pressure goes up to 600PSI and temperature up to 250 Degree Celsius to 280 Degree Celsius and in this process underground Autoclave(fixed) is used.The second fraction with lower disulphides is separated and offered as DADS which can be used as reclaiming agent at about 0.8% to 1.0% depending upon the quality of scrap-processing conditions and oils used. Di-Aryl-Sulphide produced by conversion of any of the group as Benzene-Toluene-Xylene: single or a mixture. In India, the most commonly adopted technology is to convert mixed Xylenes, which gives a mixed type of Di- Xylene Disulphide.

Try Methyl Benzene Di Sulphide also called as Trimethylbenzene is very good Devocalizing Agent for the medium and direct heating process like Thermo Pec System and Microwave Systems or Infra red Systems etc., where only the temperature play an important roles of cracking media and steam pressure creates a homogeneity inside the rotary autoclave with the rubber molecules, addition of water creates the steam pressure and then temperature inside the rotary autoclave system. So, TMBDS play an important role in minimizing the pollution in these types of processes.

DPTMS is used in medium pressure, Rotary Autoclave systems, kneeder systems, benbury sustems and inter mixer systems. It gives very good results in all the processes and reduces the pollution problems also up to the lowest level, where the systems pressure stands up to 350 PSI and temperature from 210 Degree Celsius and 220 Degree Celsius, which is quite suitable for the Reclamation processes. The important factor of the DPTMS is when you continuously use (DPTMS) DPT.Monosulphide(oderless) reduces the pollution up to 80% to 90% and produces good smell in finished good i.e. in Reclaim.

HT 500: HT 500 or High Tensile 500 came into existence when our customers start asking about the high tensile reclaim rubber as their end products. And at the same time High Tensile Reclaim Rubber is required by their overseas counterparts as per the need for their finished goods. So, we put our R & D people on this task to focus on the tensile factor and as a result we can give your reclaim rubber a tensile of 75+ Kgcm2 or more. The sulfur content is 3.6%. This is also a very clean reclaiming agent which does not require any sort of processing aid such as pine tar, processing oil etc. The dosage would be 4.28%. The temperature required would be 210C and working pressure would be 350PSI.

Rectifier - 500: The Sulfur content is 6%. Rectifier -500 do not require any processing aid at all. Rectifier - 500 will be used at a maintained temperature of 220C. The dosage of Rectifier - 500 will be 2.5%. The pressure would be 350PSI. Advantages: This is the most cleanest of all the devulcanizing agents available in the market. Rectifier - 500 do not require any processing aid such as pine tar, processing oil etc. The overheads are reduced and the production is increased. Hence, the substantial increase in the profit will give you more confidence. For your information, we are the only rubber chemical company manufacturing such a product.
