Description : A phosphor-Bronze electrode which is characterized by good welding performance such as steady arc, low spatter, easy deslagging and defect free, shining weld deposit. The electrode can be operated easily on both AC as well as DC (+) in all conventional positions.Applications : Suitable for joining copper to copper alloys, phosphor and tin bronzes as well as copper clad plates and for surfacing on copper and copper alloys. Typical applications of the electrode include marine components, pump casings, impellers, gear teeth and copper and bronze Bushings. The electrode is suitable for overlaying applications.
Description : Designed to produce smooth grooves in all positions. Withstand high current without heating. The forceful arc renders it possible to chamfer and gouge various metals without the need of supplementary gas, air, oxygen or special torches. The force of the arc blows away- undesired materials from its path leaving a clean groove.METHOD OF USING Mark the area to be gouged or chamfered with chalk. Hold the electrode pointing towards the path at an angle not exceeding 250 to the job. Push the electrode along the line maintaining contact with the base metal.Applications : The forceful arcrenders it possible to chamferand gouge various metals without the need of supplementary gas, air, oxygen or special torches.
Description : A medium coated electrode specially designed for faster and smoother cutting, piercing of all type of steels including stainless steel, austenitic manganese steel, cast iron, non ferrous metals in all positions. No special skill, supplementary equipment or oxygen tanks are required. It produces negligible slag and does not damage metal structure.WELDING TECHNIQUE Hold the electrode pointing towards job to be cut an angle of 450 and use sawing motion to cut. The forceful Arc produced by the electrode and sawing motion ensures fast cutting. Similarly for piercing, hold the electrode perpendicular to the job and use push in and pull out action till the job is pierced.Applications : It can be used with ease for cutting and piercing out of position jobs where gas cutting is not convent.
