We offer Mawa Gulab Jamun.
1. To make delicious gulab jamun, knead the contents with 250-300ml water/milk. Put some ghee or oil in both paims and prepare 100 crack free gulab jamun.
2. Deep fry in ghee or oil on mediumlow heat until golden brown drain excess ghee or oil.
3.Soak the jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 mins.
Preparation of SUGAR SYRUP: Dissolve 1500 gm. sugar in 1600 ml. of bolling water and simmer 5 minutes.

We are offering Rawa Idli Instant Mix
Mix the contents with 800ml. of water (1tbsp) refined edible oil, stir to a smooth and set aside for 10 mins.
Lightly grease idli moulds with oil, stir batter gently and pour 35ml (2*14 tbsp) into each mould .
Boil 600 ml or as per need water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker. Place idli moulds inside , cover and steam on high heat for 15-20 mins , if using pressure cooker do not apply weightwhistle.
Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with sambhar and coconut chutney.
