We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Absolute Alcohol, Rectified Spirit Alcohol, Denatured Alcohol, Neutral Grain Alcohol and Ethyl Alcohol

Absolute Alcohol

The company makes available high quality Absolute Alcohol. Absolute or anhydrous alcohol refers to ethanol with low water content. There are various grades of Absolute Alcohol, with maximum water contents ranging from 1% to ppm levels. Pure ethanol is classed as 200 proof in the USA, equivalent to 175 degrees proof in the UK system. It can be produced commercially by two methods which include :
  • Azeotropic distillation using entrainers (benzene, cyclopropane, cyclohexane, etc.
  • Adsorption Method using molecular sieves as an adsorbing material, in which molecular sieves Dehydration Plants based on adsorption process is widely exercised.
In the process, water present in rectified spirit is adsorbed by molecular sieves under high temperature (above 150oC) and high pressure (about 3 kg. /cm) Grades Available :
  • Pharmacy Grade : It is best quality of alcohol having minimum strength of 99.6% to 99.99% used under pharmaceutical industries for several medicines.
  • Industrial Grade : Absolute alcohol (Industrial Grade) is not intended for human consumption. If azeotropic distillation is used to remove water, it will contain trace amounts of the material separation agent (e.g. benzene). Absolute ethanol is used as a solvent for laboratory and industrial applications because in case of rectified spirit, water will react with other chemicals, and as fuel alcohol. Spectroscopic ethanol is an absolute ethanol with a low absorbance in ultraviolet and visible light, fit for use as a solvent in ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.
It is useful for fuels, perfumes etc. The largest single use of ethanol is as a motor fuel additive. More than any other major country, Brazil relies on ethanol as a motor fuel. Gasoline sold in Brazil contains at least 25% anhydrous ethanol.

Rectified Spirit Alcohol

We are a well-known Exporter of Rectified Spirit Alcohol. A Rectified Spirit Alcohol is highly concentrated ethanol which is obtained by fractional distillation, a process that is called rectification. Rectified Spirit Alcohol typically contains 95% v/v the purity of rectified spirit has a practical limit of 95.6% v/v (191.2 US proof) when produced using conventional distillation processes, because a mixture of ethanol and water becomes an azeotrope at this concentration. Rectified Spirit Alcohol is used in mixed drinks, in the production of liqueurs, for medicinal purposes, and as a household solvent. Uses :
  • Mixed drinks : Some Popular Types of Mixed Drinks are :
    • Cobbler, a beverage made with wine or sherry, citrus juice, and sugar.
    • Cocktail, narrowly a mixture of liquor, sugar, water and bitters, more broadly any sort of alcoholic mixed drink
    • Cooler, a tall drink made with liquor, a carbonated beverage, and a fruit garnish.
    • Crusta, a liquor and citrus drink served in a glass rimmed with sugar.
    • Fix, a mixture of liquor, citrus, and sugar.
    • Fizz, a fix with carbonated beverage added.
    • Julep, a sweet drink of liquor and aromatics, specifically mint
  • Liqueurs are alcoholic beverages that are bottled with added sugar and have added flavors that are usually derived from fruits, herbs, or nuts. Liqueurs are distinct from eaux-de-vie, fruit brandy, and flavored liquors, which contain no added sugar. Most liqueurs range between 15% and 55% alcohol by volume.
  • For Medical Use :
    • Under antiseptic mixtures
    • Under cough syrups
    • Under other medicines

Denatured Alcohol

Denatured Alcohol or Methylated Spirits is ethanol that has additives to make (poisonous, extremely bad tasting, foul smelling or nauseating), to discourage recreational consumption. In some cases it is also dyed. Denatured alcohol is used as a solvent and as fuel for spirit burners and camping stoves. Because of the diversity of industrial uses for denatured alcohol, hundreds of additives and denaturing methods have been used. The main additive has traditionally been 10% methanol, giving rise to the term "methylated spirits". Other typical additives include isopropyl alcohol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, denatonium Denaturing alcohol does not chemically alter the ethanol molecule. Rather, the ethanol is mixed with other chemicals to form an undrinkable solution. Common Uses
  • As a fuel for marine and ultra-light camping (backpacking) stoves.
  • To pre-heat the vaporizing tubes on a wickless kerosene stove .
  • As a cleaning aid in removing ink stains from upholstery or clothes.
  • As a cleaner in daily housekeeping
    • Despite its poisonous nature, denatured alcohol is sometimes consumed as a surrogate alcohol, which can result in blindness or death if the denatured alcohol contains methanol.

Neutral Grain Alcohol

Neutral Grain Alcohol is a alcohol which has been produced by fermenting and distilling grain. Mainly prepared by fermentation of various sugars. These are obtained from starchy grains like barley, corn, rice etc. It is also known as ethyl alcohol or ethanol. In addition to being used in the production of alcoholic beverages, grain alcohol is also used as a solvent and in a variety of other industrial applications. Grains like corn and rye are under use to make alcohol for centuries. When grains are fermented, yeasts consume their natural sugars and convert them into alcohol. Depending on how a grain is fermented, the ethyl alcohol can be fairly low, as is the case with many beers, or quite high. When fermented grains are allowed to reach high ethanol content and then distilled, the result is a colorless and very potent liquid which is sometimes called neutral grain spirits, in a reference to the clear color. Qualities
  • Nose : Very clean, dry and no externeous odour.
  • Plate : absolutely clean, no foreign taste and no mouth coating effect in palate.
  • Visual : Clear colorless liquid and no turbidity.
  • Sensory score : 6.6. (whisky grade)
  • PPT : 46 Minutes

Extra Neutral Alcohol

We are a prominent provider of Extra Neutral Alcohol. The company makes available Extra Neutral Alcohol that is produced by re-distillation of rectified spirit, which helps in removing low volatile impurities and high volatile impurities present in it. Extra Neutral Alcohol is the best quality of alcohol which is used for Alcoholic Beverages having lowest impurities to give higher taste. Best qualities have more Potassium Permanganate Reaction Time. It shows low aldehydes of impurities. Best quality must have 45 PPT or more. In India, it is produced under supervision and control of State Excise Department that checks each and every process from fermentation to distillation every batch-wise and only after lab testing permit to sale or to use it under any potable use. Extra Neutral Alcohol can be produced by Grain or Molasses. Molasses base E.N.A having little sweetness in taste though Grain base having test less and Bitterness. Availability : 250 liter in a bulk
