When a higher dielectric properties and failsafe performance are needed, VG-501 provides the solution. VG-501 is a fiberglass braided sleeving, which is first coated with a layer of polyvinyl chloride resin and then thermo set to provide B grade insulating sleeving. Softness, high dielectric properties, heat resistance and safety are some advantages of VG-501 fiberglass sleeving and it is useful as wiring insulation for Grade B electrical machinery, wireless sets and domestic electric appliances.

Technical Specifications

These cables are produced from SINGLE ENAMELLED STRANDS:

• Class B or F, suitable for soldering
• Class H, which may be tinnable or not.

The wires may be round or rectangular after rolling (to produce compact windings) and
additional insulation can be applied by:

• wrapping (film, tape, felt, class B, F or H)
• textile braid (natural or synthetic).

These braids are manufactured from 0, 05 to 0, 20 tinned or plain copper wires from 1 sq mm to 350 sq mm. We have a high possibility of achievements, as you can see from the outline in the table here below, according to standard DIN 46444.
