Timestrip Complete is a 2-8C dual(high and low) threshold temperature breach indicator. It shows the actual amount of time product has been abused. Timestrip Complete gives you true 2-8C temperature monitoring.
Each card contains 1 FCP 2C indicator as well as Timestrip PLUS 8C indicator. You can finally use a low cost chemical indicator with the muscle of an electronic recorder. Timestrip PLUS 8C allows you to see how long your product has been exposed to temperatures above 8C.
The irreversible blue indication moves across the breach window displaying the cumulative time spent above 8C. FCP quickly provides a clear visual alert when products have been exposed to temperatures that have fallen below 2C. The irreversible, chemical color change indicator turns from green to red quickly and precisely at a specific set point.
Upon receipt, end users will have an immediate, visual pass or fail confirmation of exposure to temperature excursions, indicating if product efficacy and safety have been compromised.

The Timestrip PLUS Duo irreversible indicator monitors breaches of two temperatures. It will tell you how long your item or your product has been kept at or above 10C/50F and at or above 34C/93F. Inert until activated, can be stored at room temperature, self-adhesive, irreversible and single use, splashproof, expiry date on each pack shipped.
Timestrip PLUS Duo is a cumulative breach indicator with readings for excursions above 10C in day ranges from 3 to 14, with a secondary indicator to show immediate excursions above an upper temperature breach point of 34C

Fully automated timer for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) products
The label is pre-applied to the inside of the packaging so that it is visible through the transparent lidding or packaging material. The label is activated by CO2 and so is suitable for modified atmosphere products where gas flushing is used in the packaging process.
How it works
When the consumer opens the pack the CO2 level decreases due to the modified atmosphere within the pack being displaced by air. This change in CO2 concentration causes the label to begin to change colour. The labels are calibrated to change colour over different time periods for different foods, with the colour wheel allowing the consumer to know if the product is fresh or not.
The label is suitable for any product which is packaged under a modified atmosphere and which has a short recommended shelf life after opening.
The label is both time and temperature sensitive. This means that if the product is stored above its recommended temperature once the pack has been opened, the label will change colour quicker than it would have done at the recommended refrigerated temperatures.
By giving consumers a visual indication of how long a food package has been open, it allows them to make an informed decision to use the food before it is no longer fresh to eat, thereby helping to reduce unnecessary food waste.

Critical success factors
Each product has been designed to work at a particular CO2 level and temperature range. For the product to work correctly the storage temperature, type of timer and the CO2 level within the modified atmosphere need to be verified.The lidding or packaging material must also have a transparent area in order for the label to be visible.
Product composition
The labels consist of a clear polypropylene film, a pigmented/coloured polyethylene film, and a white polyester barrier film.
Food Contact Approval
The polyester barrier film acts as a functional barrier (proven and tested by Smithers Pira). As a result, the labels are in compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) No. 10/2011, allowing use with all classes of foodstuffs for:
(a) up to 30 days at temperatures up to 40C
(b) all storage times at refrigerated and frozen conditions including heating up to 70C for up to 2hours or heating up to 100C for up to 15 minutes.
Application of label
The label is fixed to the inside of the film or packaging material. This can either be applied online using a standard label applicator, or can be pre-applied to lidding or filmThe design can be tailored to the requirements and preferences of customers. Please note that the reference colours are yellow to blue or yellow to purple. The label can incorporate the design or the design can be pre-printed on the film with a central window left clear, and the film applied to the underside of this window
Storage
There are no special storage or handling requirements for these labels, however, due to the nature of this product we would recommend that they are used within a six month period and are stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

Label that provides a visual aid for stock rotation, which displays a change in colour to indicate the passing of time.Current systems for stock rotation in the reduction of food waste rely on use-by-dates which require close inspection by staff and can be easily missed or misread.The label is both time and temperature sensitive. This means that if the product is stored above its recommended temperature once the label has been applied, the label will change colour quicker than it would have done at the recommended temperatures. Timestrip Blood TempBlood Bag Irreversible Temperature Indicator is designed for use by blood banks and transfusion services during blood storage and transportation. When applied to a blood bag the Timestrip Blood Monitor will immediately begin to sense the core temperature. Any breach of the core blood temperature above 6 or 10 and the Timestrip Blood Monitor will change color from white to blue indicating that an unsafe temperature condition existed.
Blood Temp offers simple quality assurance for blood temperature during transit from the highly controlled environment of the blood bank to use or store in a different destination, such as a hospital. With a squeeze of a button, Blood Temp 10 is activated and indicates simply and clearly if the temperature of the blood has risen above the threshold temperature. Accurate to +/- 0.5 degrees C.
If the indicator window remains white, the blood may safely be reissued upon return as detailed by the American Association of Blood Bank Standards for Blood Banks and Transfusion Services and CFR 600.15(a).

Drop(N)Tell is a unique, bi-directional indicator device label that uses mechanical action to snap an arrow from red to blue in the direction of the impact. Indicates when Shipment / Parcel has been Dropped or get Shocks or Mishandled. It includes a system of labels that warns all handlers of a monitoring device.
Unlike others, our Drop(N)Tell has a special lock pin that guarantees they will not be triggered upon arrival at our customer's door.
The DROP-N-TELL system includes two warning labels and is manufacture in six different G-ranges of 5G, 10G, 15G, 25G, 50G and 100G that allow all sizes and weights of shipments to be tracked appropriately. The device monitoring 5 times the force of gravity is very sensitive. The device monitoring 100 times the force of gravity requires a greater impact to activate.
Attach the DROP-N-TELL to your product or shipping container by removinng the liner on the back to expose the adhesive or screw/nail it using the holes on each end.
Resettable DROP-N-TELL
The resettable DROP-N-TELL can be reset and reused upto 50 times. Simple bend the end of a paper clip and push it gently in the holes on each end of the indicator until the arrows shows red. Upon receiving an impact, the arrows will show blue.
Non-Resettable DROP-N-TELL
This DROP-N-TELL can be used only once. It cannot be reset. Remove the bar across the arrows. Upon receiving an impact, the arrows will show blue

Instructions for using and setting the Drop (N) Tell Impact Indicator
This carton contains equal numbers of DROP (N) TELLS, warning labels and bill of lading labels to be used as a system for monitoring your product during transit. We suggest that the bill of lading labels be placed on the bill of lading to notify the carrier or consignee that the shipment contains an impact monitor. The warning labels should be placed on the top or side of the package. The DROP (N) TELL may be placed on the inside or the outside of the package or on the product.
Mounting
Mount the DROP (N) TELL with either adhesive back tape or 2 No. 6.32 screws. There is pressure sensitive tape on the back of the indicator. Remove the liner from the tape and press the uint to a flat surface on the package or on the product to be monitored. The DROP (N) TELL impact indicator must be align with arrows pointed toward the direction of shock to be monitored. Three units are needed to provide complete three-dimensional readout (six directions).
To activate the Resettabel Drop (N) Tell
A small 1/16 -inch hole is provided in the center of each end of the plastic housing for the purpose of activating and resetting the unit. This hole is directly in front of the arrow point. A small paper clip with one end bent out can be used for activating and resetting the unit. Push the wire end of the paper clip into the small hole until the arrow snaps back into hiding and the spring is reset. Apply only enough force to reset the arrow and spring assembly. The arrow will snap quicky into a covered position and a sligh snap can be heard. The impact indicators is now ready to use.
To activate the Non-Resettabel DROP (N) TELL
Pull the metal pin on the side of the DROP (N) TELL. It cannot be reset; therefore, care must be exercised not to trip the device as the pin is being pulled.

TheTip-N-Tellis a Brightly Colored Device that Permanently Changes Color in Arrow Shaped Window, when Shipment / Parcel Tipped or Mishandled during Shiping & Product Handlers quickly recognize. It includes a system of labels that warns all handlers of a monitoring device. The Tip-n-Tell can be mounted inside or outside of your shipment.
The Tip-n-Tell is activated by pulling the bar in the center of the device. Attach it to either your product or shipping container by removing the liner on the back to expose the adhesive. You may also attach the Tip-n-Tell by nailing or stapling it to the container. If your product is tipped slightly less than 90 degrees or beyond, the clear arrow becomes permanently blue. Your customer can immediately check for damage
