• Coating Thickness : 50 - 60 microns
• Particle Size : 100% below 106 microns
• Specific Gravity : 1.0 - 1.8 depending on colour & finish
• Application : Suitable for application by proprietory manual and automatic discharge equipment and electrostatic charging guns
• Storage : Store below 25 ^oC in any conditions.
• Curing Schedules : 1800 - 2000C for 10 min. EMT
• Pre treatment : It is essential to ensure that the surface to be coated is free from dust, rust, scale, oil etc. Chemical pre-treatment of the surface is essential to increase the long term corrosion resistance.
• Health & Safety : To prevent inhalation of air borne powder, face mask capable of removing respirable dust should be worn. Skin contact should be avoided and any deposited powder removed with soapy water. Some poweders, mainly brightened and yellow shades, contain lead chrome and cadmium pigments.
• Shelf Life  : 6 months from date of manufactur
