Our Products
Our offered Product range includes Valve Gaskets, Heat Exchanger Gaskets, Spiral wound gaskets, Rubber Gaskets and Camprofile Gaskets.
AJRAM brandedmetal jacketed gaskets contain a soft filler enclosed in a metallic material. The standard filler/soft filler generally withstands temperature upto 475 480 degree Centigrade. The soft filler for higher temperatures are expanded graphite, PTFE, Ceramic.
Generally metals used to manufacture jacketed gaskets are 304, 316, 321 and also Cu, Nickel, Monel , Inconel. The sealing filler provides good resilience to help sealing, while the metal jacket provides the suitable strength necessary for special application like higher pressure etc
These gaskets used widely in heat exchanger applications and also in Vessels, Valve bonnets, Pumps, Engines and Exhaust systems etc
There are various types and shapes of metal jacketed gaskets are used. If required please drop us an email and we provide your sir.
Spiral wound gaskets (SWG) can be manufactured in several configurations of materials, range of dimensions and shapes.
ASME B 16.20 covers materials, dimensions and markings
Wesource from domestic rubber manufacturers/stockists and supplying rubber gaskets as per custom designs and shapes in varying grades, thicknesses and hardness to meet your specific needs.
Manufactured from thin metal, these gaskets provide a good seal at low seating stress. They may be surface-coated with ceramic, non-asbestos or flexible graphite, or they may be used with a PTFEenvelope
A gasket of one material is covered by an envelope of another material (usually PTFE). We supply slit or milled envelopes and conventional or square form shields.
These are manufactured as ring gaskets with a slit from the OD to approximately a few millimeter from the ID. The ID of the envelope extends and rests within the PCD/bolt circle. The envelope ID is the nominal ID of the pipe. These PTFE envelope gaskets are the most generally used gasket type. Available in various sizes and also as per customer drawings
