It provides illumination intensity of above 1 Lac lux, focused at a working distance of 7.6cm. This system is suitable for Illumination requirements of microscopy at higher magnification (120x plus). A set of self supporting bifurcated light guide with 5mm bundle diameter is the main highlight of this system.This illuminator is suitable for illumination in all kinds of microscopy. Opposed angle illumination always provide complete illumination of FOV and reduce shadow obstruction. The system employs fibre optics technology of world standard. Vaisehika offers 177-2 Illuminator which is excellent for industrial illumination requirements of intricately assembled parts such as carburetter, electronic parts with smaller, recessed, deep orifices and cylindrical parts for visual or magnified inspection. The system is versatile to carry the light to inaccessible places in castings and mouldings for the purposes of defect examination. The system consists of a set of six pipets having outside diameters varying from 0.043 to 0.148 inch (1.1 to 3.7 mm). Within this set are two probes : one with a 45 degree distal bend and another with a 90 degree bend having a bundle diameter of 0.109 inch (2.8mm).
'Vaiseshika' Magnascopes are industrial magnifying instrument consists of a circular solid frame having circular magnifying lens of 120mm diameter. The lens magnification is 2.5X/5X. The lens is free from chromatic aberrations. Flexible arms, controlled by rugged springs, hold the circular frame and the lens at any desired placement.
Uniform illumination of the field of view and the object are attained through a circular, rugged and elegant Japanese Fluorescent Lamp. Vaiseshika Offers Mounting Press, the next step is mounting after Cutting the specimen. The aim of mounting is to handle small or odd shaped specimens and to protect fragile materials, thin layers or coating during preparations as well as to provide good edge retention. Mounting produces specimens with uniform size so that it is easier to handle while analyzing them.
Basically, two methods are available : HOT MOUNTING COLD MOUNTING
In hot mounting, The specimen is mounted under heat and pressure with a hot mounting press.
Cold mounting is preferred for samples which are sensitiva to damage from heat and pressure (like coatings, PCB etc.)
Cold mounting resins are easy to use and require mixing which is then poured into a mould and allowed to set.

vaiseshika digital oil spectrophotometer, type: 7707 has been designed for the edible oil industry to measure metallic impurities of copper, nickel, ferrous and phosphate in ppm level in the edible oils like coconut oil, groundnut oil, sunflower oil, soyabean oil, mustard oil and other similar edible oils. This instrument has been designed and manufactured in technical collaboration with the central scientific instruments organisation, chandigarh under the technology modernization and upgradation mission for oil and pulses industry launched by the ministry of agriculture, government of india, new delhi. Oils and fats obtain metal contents from soils where the plants are grown and later from contact equipment during crushing and storage. Many of the metal ions promote autoxidation that results in off flavour and odour accompanied by colour development. Studies have identified copper as the most harmful metal followed by fe, mn, cr, ni, concentration of these ions vary from 0.1 to 2.0 ppm. To measure these ions costly analytical instruments are being used. Csio has developed an integrated system along with test reagents ti measure metallic impurities cu, ni & fe and phosphate p in ppm level. This is a portable, low cost instrument in which results of concentration are directly displayed on lcd. The developed stable reagents eliminate cumbersome colour development procedures.

To calibrate a hardness tester, the Morehouse Brinell Calibrator is simply inserted into the tester in place of the usual metal specimen. The load is applied to the Brinell Calibrator and the resulting deflection is read on the indicator. The error of the hardness tester load is determined by dividing the deflection of the Brinell Calibrator under load into the

Morehouse Digital Force Gauges are highly versatile force measuring instruments which can be utilized in a large variety of measurement applications. The Morehouse Universal Calibrating Machine is a versatile machine in which the calibration standard,
