Vaiseshika offers analytical Instruments which utilises the state-of-the-art technologies and superior performance at a cost-effective price. Vaiseshika has concentrated on R&D and has focused on indigenisation and production of high value addition instruments. These instruments have been manufactured in technical collaboration with the National Research Laboratories like Central Scientific Instruments Organisation Chandigarh, Instruments Design and Development Center, Ambala Cantt. and Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani. These Analytical instruments employ Computer Based Data Acquisition System and Near InfraRed Technology (NIR). The instruments are an effective import substitute and are available to the India Industry at 50% cost of the similar equipment from abroad.

Vaiseshika offers highly reliable Humidity and Temperature measurement and calibration standards manufactured with DIN and IEC standards employed. The Humidity Standards, offered by Vaiseshika, employ capacitive humidity sensor with outstanding characteristics having excellent precision, long term stability, temperature resistance and robustness. The sensors have been tested by German Federal Physical and Technical Institute and have confirmed the accuracy and stability provided by the sensors. The sensors have shown less than 1% deviation in RH measurements and have shown remarkable endurance at high humidity of 98% RH at 20ºC and in forced air oven at 125ºC for 3 hours and withstood/ endured still wet shock test at -20ºC for 1 hour. These instruments are equipped with a serial RS 232 / USB interface for PC connection. The respective softwares enables the establishment and recording of a measurement record via PC.

Vaiseshika offers a comprehensive range of temperature calibrators, sensors and thermometers to meet the industrial and research requirements at various application levels. Our Temperature Calibrators provide excellent stability and reliability for sourcing known value of temperatures. These standards are manufactured at ISO 9001 accredited facilities. Dry Block Temperature Calibrators are required to check the sensing accuracy of thermocouples and RTD sensors. Temperature Calibrators are required to calibrate the temperature gauges and monitors and reliable thermocouples are required to measure correct temperatures in industrial applications. High-grade pure materials like ceramic, platinum-rhodium, chromel-alumel and inconel are used in our thermocouples. Likewise high stability microprocessors are used in our Digital Calibrators. All the temperature sensors and calibration standards are traceable to the National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi. The critical raw material like thermcouple wires, sheathing and other materials are sourced from the world best possible sources. This ensures the guarantee of the final product. Resistance Calibration Standards are required critically in a variety of electrical and electronic calibration needs viz. the calibration of RTD sensors, thermocouples, electrical meters, transformers conductors, calbraion of Meggers and Insulation Testers etc. Reliability: Vaiseshika Resistance Calibration Standards have been constructed from Manganin alloy (composition: Copper 86 %, Manganese 12 % and Nickel 2%). Manganin alloy is characterized by a low temperature co-efficient of the order of +/- 1 ppm (between 20 Deg. C to 50 Deg. C), which means the value of resistance remains unaffected by variations in temperature. Every resistance coil is subjected to accelerated ageing and temperature cycling for obtaining precision resistance. These features, coupled together, provide excellent reliability to Resistance Standards. Accuracy: Resistance Standards are available with accuracy of the order of +/- 0.01%. Accuracies vary from application to application (please refer detailed specifications). Repeatability: Vaiseshika Resistance Calibration Units are standardized against Master Calibration Standards with accuracies better than 0.005%. Stabaumatic Potentiometers and Standard Cells from H.Tinsley and Co. Ltd., Croyodon, U.K. and John Fluke Manufacturing Co., USA, 6 1/2 Digits Digital Multimeter from John Fluke Manufacturing Co., USA and 8 1/2 Digits Digital Multimeter from Agilent Technologies, United States, are maintained at Vaiseshika Facilities which, in turn, are maintaining complete traceability to the National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi (India). Traceability: Vaiseshika Resistance Standards are now available with NABL, New Delhi (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) traceability calibration certificates. Vaiseshika Electron Devices, Ambala Cantt, has received accreditation for its Metrology Laboratory from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. The NABL accreditation for Vaiseshika Metrology Laboratory means that the measurement capabilities and calibration standards at Vaiseshika are compliant to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards.
