Our thyristor switched capacitor banks (TSC/TSF) with high-speed switching capability are designed to support the supply voltage of distribution systems, and eliminate the harmonic current produced by the connected loads, on the basis of DSP control technology and instantaneous power control theory. Also, the electrical device offers an ideal power factor correction solution to improve the power factor.
The thyristor switch is resistant to mechanical wear and no noise is produced during operation. It is capable of practically transient-free switching, so the thyristor switched capacitor bank is much safer than the contactor switched one.
Thyristor switched capacitor banks with high-speed switching capability are designed to support the supply voltage of distribution systems and to correct the power factor of connected loads.
Control signals can be transmitted to the capacitor bank straight from the loads, which means power factor correction with minimal delay.
The minimum time the control unit needs for switching all the steps of the capacitor bank on or off is the period of only one cycle.
Each step of the capacitor bank consists of a capacitor and a reactor connected in series. These two form a series resonant circuit tuned at a frequency below the lowest harmonic frequency present in the system.
Our organization provide APFC Panels With Harmonic Filters that are useful to control power quality problems that are created by the consumers load. These difficulties can also easily travel within the common electricity supply network between premises, in turn disrupting a neighboring consumers supply. We have adopted guidelines such as IEEE-519 in order to limit the level of disturbance created by each individual consumer. We design and supply Harmonic filter panels as per the analysis report provided by the customer and studied by our technical experts for giving the maximum output with harmonic suppression

Outgoing terminals are stud type as standard practice. All starters are Type Two Coordinated.
